Literally worst service!! I called on Saturday and set up a time to test a used 2015 truck. The gentleman did not say anything about putting a deposit down. I confirmed with a women’s who called to confirm my driving time 2 hours before the appointment. As I went to their website to get the address of the dealership I noticed they had marked the truck up 3,000 dollars. Then I call ask about that before I drive an hour over there. Which I was already in route. The guy who answered the phone told they sold that truck this morning at 8. And asked if I put a hold on it.. never knew anything about putting a hold on it. And never gave me the option on Saturday. Why call yo confirm an appt if you don’t have the truck?! He offered to give me 2 gal in diesel... terrible service!! More

They say great come in this evening - when I get there, the vehicle doesn’t even have gas in it to be shown despite the fact that they knew what I was coming, which was only annoying at the time but should’ve been my first clue to run. Then, there’s a clear lack of pricing transparency- it was listed on their website for $15,800, but when I get there they told me that actually even though it’s listed as “certified pre-owned“ on the website at that price, they actually charge you an extra 2000 on top of that for the certified preowned, so the car is actually almost $18,000. So, we negotiate a price at that point, but it was almost 8 o’clock at night & I let them know that I’d be back the next evening to purchase it. The next morning I called to let them know I’d be there right after work at 6 PM to purchase the vehicle, and then not 45 minutes later, they sold it to someone else and TEXTED me to tell me. In all, this dealership is lacking in professionalism and all around sketchy. After they sold the car to someone else, when they said they would hold it till 6, I called and spoke to another salesman who assured me he would call me back once he knew whether they’d be able to find me a comparable vehicle in the same price range, because they sold the other one to someone else. I never heard back, and after this experience would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Don’t waste your time. More

I will not buy there any more and I do not recommend them to others. More
