What can I say, amazing simple transaction. I found a nice low mileage S60 online a few days prior to visiting Edison Volvo. I arrived on a Saturday July 4th holiday weekend and was greeted as expected. I was test driving the car within minutes with no bull questions, like are you buying today blah blah. After sitting down to review the numbers on my trade, bank details, and pricing I wanted my wife to see the car before completing the deal. And again no hassle, when I returned we picked up where we left off and I made my final fair offer and we had a deal. Based on timing, they offered me with options to pickup the car in under two hours, or later in the week. WOW no pressure, I walked around later to find the cleaning crew actually hand waxing the car, and I was impressed. My salesman Dominick was awesome, he even made sure I received the car with a full tank even though I was in a hurry to make a BBQ. Also, Michael / Sales Mgr. was a pleasure to work with. It's clear these guys have the right support from upper mgmt. I am extremely happy with the new to me S60 and ease of transaction. More

From great to terrible in 10 emails When I left this dealership I thought I had found a really good, caring dealer. I was going to come back and buy the rest of my cars here for as long as I could. That all changed when I realized my car has no state inspection on the windshield. When I inquired as to when I would receive my inspection sticker I was met with resistance. I was told it was my responsibility to have the vehicle inspected. When I pointed out this was in violation of NYS registration guidelines I was met with hostility. In fact I just got off the phone with a very different Mike Battaglia, General Manager of Operations. He was incredibly rude and angry. When I pointed out that his dealership needed to provide a valid state inspection I was told "that's on you". When I offered that they could simply cut me a check for the cost he laughed in my face.  Avoid this dealership at all costs; you are simply a number to them and when the deal is complete you will be thought of as burden, not a human being. More

Preowned Jeep..... HORRIBLE CONDITION I found a jeep online at this dealership at a great price which I was interested in. I came in for a test drive and work numbers. I test drove it and everything seemed ok at the time. We agreed on numbers and I took my jeep home. 3 days in I started having trans problems. I contacted volvo of edison and they had instructed me since it was still under manufactures warranty, I had to take it back to jeep. I purchased this jeep in January. It is now almost may and I've only put 1000 miles on this jeep because it has been at dealerships for so long. 5 dealerships in, 4 diagnostics , 1 new trans, clutch , T/O bearing, press. Plate, and flywheel....guess what, jeep is still having issues and back at the dealership..... Horrible horrible mistake on my part and now I'm stuck. This dealer DOES NOTHING FOR FOLLOW UP! Please STRONGLY consider purchasing elsewhere. More

Whenever I enter this Volvo dealership there is always a pleasant atmosphere from the person who check your vehicle in to the person or persons whom work on your vehicle. There is also an atmosphere of sinc pleasant atmosphere from the person who check your vehicle in to the person or persons whom work on your vehicle. There is also an atmosphere of sincere caring about the customer. Honesty...where do I begin. I have never met mechanics that tell you the TRUTH. I can always rest assure that what I am being told is the truth, and I don't have to worry about shabby workmanship. Never(knock on wood) have I had an issue with this dealership.I've always been spoken to with the utmost respect and professionalism. I being a woman, sometimes we can be spoken down to...not here. These guys take the time to explain and give accurate answers. I absolutely love this dealership and the personnel that work here. OUTSTANDING!!!!!! More
