After leaving the showroom with a new S40, I noticed it did not have the climate control package included in the vehicle as indicated in my receipt. When calling the dealer numerous times and returning to did not have the climate control package included in the vehicle as indicated in my receipt. When calling the dealer numerous times and returning to the showroom I was told by management this problem would be addressed in a couple of days (less than a week). One week later the parts have not arrived. Totally disgusted!! More
