I recently brought my XC70 to Edison Volvo with what turned out to be an electrical problem. I have never been treated so well by a business in my life. Jim fit me in for a repair at short notice. He ke turned out to be an electrical problem. I have never been treated so well by a business in my life. Jim fit me in for a repair at short notice. He kept me abreast of everything that was happening with my car, talking me through the diagnosis and repair process step by step. He personally gave me a ride to the train station on his way home from work when it was determined that my car would have to be kept overnight. The service department worked diligently to fix the stubborn issue I was having, putting in many hours of road tests to double and triple check that they had solved the problem before telling me my car was ready. Even after the hours of road testing, Jim personally drove it home to be absolutely sure that the tricky issue had been taken care of. I can not speak highly enough of Jim and the entire service department at Edison Volvo for gracefully handling this difficult situation. I would highly recommend that you go to them for even the most challenging service needs. More

I purchased a pre-owned 2009 s40t from these guys and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the whole experience. I have been to other car dealerships and felt deceived and outright scammed. Kevin and Jeff at Volvo Edison were up front from the start. They gave me a great deal, kept their word on fixing a few blemishes, and even after I purchased the car and found some paint damage they had no problem taking it in, giving me a loaner car, and fixing that as well. There wasn't an employee in sales or service department who I didn't find very helpful and friendly. It takes a lot for me to write a good review for someone but they absolutely deserve it. You can not go wrong buying a car from Volvo of Edison. More
