I purchased a used car and the dealer treated me as if I was buying the most expensive car on the lot!!! When we arrived the entire staff was friendly and Cindy was outstanding in walking us through the process. Rich, Cindy, and Jeff were very patient and responsive with us and not only sold us a car but sold themselves and their dealership as the place to go to for Volvo. More

Great buying experience and friendly staff I had been looking for a car for my wife, and decided on a (barely) used 2012 S60 - I didn't walk in expecting to buy, but the car was in beautiful sh I had been looking for a car for my wife, and decided on a (barely) used 2012 S60 - I didn't walk in expecting to buy, but the car was in beautiful shape, and the price was below market. I had previously chatted online with the sales staff and went in on a Saturday morning - by the time we left, we were in our new car! The saleswoman (Cindy) was there waiting when we arrived and had everything ready for us - I had already been pre-approved for a car loan, but the credit person (Robin) was able to get us a better rate. They gave us what we were looking for on our trade and made us feel comfortable about doing business with them. Thanks to Cindy, Robin, and Jeff for a great sales experience! Honest Refreshingly honest. No games. I did my research through the internet and received several offers. I visited Volvo of Edison and met with Cindy. S Refreshingly honest. No games. I did my research through the internet and received several offers. I visited Volvo of Edison and met with Cindy. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She gave me lease prices but I "thought" I had a better email offer. Cindy mentioned there were probably other fees not mentioned but I had to see for myself. Needless to say, after visiting the other dealer and waiting for the typical manager back and forth, they came "close" to the email offer but not to the original. At the end of the day, Volvo of Edison and Cindy gave me an honest deal with no Dealership BS and the better deal as it turned out. I HIGHLY recommend Volvo of Edison to anyone who does not want their time wasted and wants an HONESTLY good deal!!! More
