Due to the extreme cold on New Year's Day my tire pressure low warning light came on, so I filled the tires at WAWA and brought my car to Volvo when t Due to the extreme cold on New Year's Day my tire pressure low warning light came on, so I filled the tires at WAWA and brought my car to Volvo when they were open the next afternoon on my way home from work. They immediately checked them and found the pressures OK and filled them to a higher pressure because of the cold weather and did not charge me anything. I drove to work in Paterson, NJ the next day during the Snow Bomb storm cyclone and was on call overnight and had to park on the outside top deck. When I returned it was 7 degrees and I had to back out over a small snow drift put behind my car by the plow. When I got on the Garden State Parkway my car felt like it was driving over a washboard whenever I went over 40 MPH. When I got to Edison I went back to Volvo and they received me with open arms and checked my tires right away. The problem was frozen snow jammed into the wheel wells, and they removed it, again with no charge, and my car has been fine ever since. They are so nice! I am so glad I bought my cars at Edison Volvo! More

I love their customer first attitude I asked them to remove my stuck wheel key. They quoted very reasonable price (other Volvo dealer near me quoted double...). I have never met a nicer, more accommodating group of people in customer service, in all the years I have had cars serviced! And it has been many! My last service was last week.....a simple oil change and an overall check of my vehicle. My dealings have been with several service managers over the years, but recently, it has been with Chris Lasasso, the best service adviser/manager I have ever met! Totally professional and extremely honest, in my opinion. Whatever advice he has offered has been spot on! And whenever I have an issue with my vehicle, it is taken care of promptly and efficiently. Ana Lavoura and Cindy are also to be thanked for their excellent customer service! In fact, the entire staff is a pleasure to deal with, and I actually look forward to coming in for service for whatever reason! More
