She didn’t give me the “Let me go check with my manager” routine. She asked me what my range was and provided me with a real and final number. No bickering; no waiting till I was heading for the door. Besides the deal, she has been readily available to assist my wife and me for the last 20 months as if I were a potential customer versus an old one. The service department is professional, courteous and responsive. When dealing with service I have had their complete attention and concern. They put me in touch with the towing company who came and jumpstarted by car, I drove to the dealer and they immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it in 20 minutes and I was on my way.
