From the moment I pull into the service waiting area to the finalization of the service/repair, I am treated with great respect in a friendly and very courteous atmosphere. They explain the maintenance or repairs needed along with answering any questions so you can make an informed decision. My recent visit was no different from all of my previous visits. As always, a great experience When my car wouldn't start after sitting for weeks in this cold, dreadful winter, I called the service department in a panic and said I'd be in first When my car wouldn't start after sitting for weeks in this cold, dreadful winter, I called the service department in a panic and said I'd be in first thing Monday morning. Monday turned out to be another cold, windy day with constant pouring rain. I called from the road to remind them that I was coming. The young lady on the phone said they had the information, not to worry and to "drive carefully in the terrible weather". What a thoughtful thing to say as I struggled up Route 18 onto Route 1. Of course, when I got there everyone was helpful and the service was professional and quick. Always a pleasure dealing with Volvo Cars Edison. More

Even when her windshield was leaking around where it was sealed from factory. Volvo of Edison did excellent work fixing the issue and Volvo themselves covered it as a good faith due to it being out of warranty. Most recently it was Volvo fixing what an auto body did not or could not do after an accident. Once again they brought the car back to its impeccable condition. When it is time to get a new vehicle for myself I am definitely going to Volvo of Edison and hopefully driving away in a v60 or v90. More
