Reliable and Helppful I purchased my Volvo V50 (pre-owned) from Cindy Innacelli at Volvo of Edison in 2012 and was very satisfied with the purchase experience. At the time, I purchased my Volvo V50 (pre-owned) from Cindy Innacelli at Volvo of Edison in 2012 and was very satisfied with the purchase experience. At the time, I lived in Maryland, so for several years I went elsewhere for service. I later moved to New Jersey and, although there are several Volvo dealers closer to where I live, I decided to return to Volvo of Edison for service. I have not been disappointed. I have had no difficulty scheduling appointment times that are convenient for me. The staff is courteous and helpful. The service advisers have always taken time to explain what work is needed. Last year, I chose to postpone a costly repair and I appreciated the fact that Chris, the adviser, did not give me a "hard sell." Chris also waived the diagnostic fee that could have been charged for assessing my problem. Earlier this week I finally had that repair made, at a time when I could better afford the expense. I was pleased to work with Chris again and surprised that the repair took significantly less time than I had expected. I anticipate I will continue to travel the extra distance to Volvo of Edison. I hope to keep this car for several more years. When it's time for a new Volvo, Volvo of Edison will be the first dealer I visit. More
