December service This appointment was for routine service. Everyone was very professional and very courteous. Everything being done was fully explained to me. However the waiting area was very near the service door which allowed much cold air into the waiting area. I had to keep my coat on and zipped up in order to stay warm since it was very cold outside on this day. This was very uncomfortable for the 1.5 hour service time. More
