I had the best car shopping and buying experience at Volvo Edison. I called and they told me who to ask for for the test drive. I arrived and barely waited and the rep greeted me and knew who I was ri Volvo Edison. I called and they told me who to ask for for the test drive. I arrived and barely waited and the rep greeted me and knew who I was right away. They let me test three cars ( 2 were the same model and they didn’t mind at all. ). They were organized and straight forward which is surprising for a Saturday on route 1 which Is chaos normally. It also is surprising because they have more help than offices working with you and it gave it a small business feel even though they are obviously selling a lot of cars and for a corporate company. Rudy worked the numbers right in front of me and gave me a deal that I couldn’t refuse. When I changed my kind weeks later he took care of me and got me the car I wanted from a different lot same day. He didn’t complain about the time he spent detailing the other car I had put a deposit down nor did he nitpick my current car and buckle and dime me fore the trade when I decided to trade last minute. The buying experience was great. I felt that I wasn’t in a high pressure sales environment even though I put down a deposit my first visit. The price was great and Rudy was friendly helpful and patient. I went to other dealers and didn’t get the same vibe. He spent a lot of time following up to ensure I was still interested and gave me advice on selling my current car. More
