No attempt was made to address the underlying problem. We have been experiencing problems with our key fobs since we purchased our xc60. Initially we dismissed them and changed the batteries ourselves. But We have been experiencing problems with our key fobs since we purchased our xc60. Initially we dismissed them and changed the batteries ourselves. But as it became clear that there must be an underlying issue we got the service center involved. But each time we complained about the issue a satisfactory explanation that addressed the problem was never offered by the service people. The last time I complained about the problem, the technician gave me a spare battery to use in case it happened again. Which a few weeks later I had to do. This time again I was told that the battery was dead and it was replaced. But no attempt was made to address the underlying issue of why I would need to replace batteries every few weeks to few months. More
