Terrible Experience I came to this dealership the other day searching for a specific vehicle I had found in their inventory. They notified me they had the car in their wa I came to this dealership the other day searching for a specific vehicle I had found in their inventory. They notified me they had the car in their warehouse and that they should be able to bring it over within the hour. Long story short, I waited 3.5 hours before the car arrived. The sales rep continuously told me false time frames in between to make sure I waited. When, I asked them whether it would make sense to come back another day they kept assuring me it was on its way and that it may not last if I came another day. To make matters worse, the director of used car sales notified me that this vehicles was misprinted and was priced significantly under market value but that he would honor his listing if I waited. When the car finally arrived, it was not even the right vehicle! Half of the features that were in the listing were missing (which they had again provided to me while I was waiting)! They advertised this vehicle as fully loaded with all the bells and whistles. Yet, there was no navigation, no backup camera, no heated seats, etc. Worst car dealership experience I've ever had. The only positive (which was not nearly enough to give this more than a 1 star rating) was that the sales rep did not try to sell me anything I wasn't looking for. More

We purchased a new "loaded" 2012 GTI in the last few weeks. The car so far lives up to its billing as a great Euro car. The sales staff is genuinely open, friendly and communicative and worked last few weeks. The car so far lives up to its billing as a great Euro car. The sales staff is genuinely open, friendly and communicative and worked energetically to find and order the GTI made in Germany that we wanted. Joi was a joy and Jimmy was convincingly enthusiastic about his own GTI. The price was acceptable. Some better up-front information about extended and tires/rims warranties would have been preferable, tho we did opt for the extra coverage. Also, the dealer could have been clearer about the expected method of payment. We are looking forward working with the service department and hope they are as good as the sales staff. Note that the neighboring BMW dealership hardly deigned to talk to us when they sensed we were potentially interested "only" in one of their base models. More

After purchase the i find out I bought LEMON!!Service call me and they ask me bring the car for inspection and because car stay there over night,they offer me rental NO CHARGE!! After 2 months i receive bill fro Enterprise,so i call them and they told me,VW never paid the bill,so they charge me!I contact VW and nobody call me,nobody answer the phone! After i wrote review on GOOGLE ,i recieve Call (TREATH) from VW and they start (HEY MY FRIEND,IF YOU WANT VW TO PAY THE RENTAL,DELETE REVIEW FROM INTERNET) TREATH!!!!!!!!!! This is soon unprofessional and they forget,dealership have job, and business, because of as COSTUMERS!!!! More

Scammers plain and simple These guys are scam artists. I put in a request to see a vehicle they had listed on their site. I get a call from someone from the dealership aski These guys are scam artists. I put in a request to see a vehicle they had listed on their site. I get a call from someone from the dealership asking when I would like to come check it out. I told them on Saturday and the lady told me great what time, set up a time for about 4pm, and she told me cool she would give me a call in the morning of Saturday to verify the car was still available (She knew I was driving from Longmeadow, MA). Saturday rolls around and I decide to get there first thing in the morning and leave around 8am. As I got closer to NYC I got a phone call from the dealership around 10:15 saying the car is still available. I get there, check in and am greeting by a salesperson. He greets me and my father politely and asks for our licenses and for the keys to my trade in. I do that and wait around for about 15 minutes. He comes back and says cool lets go for a drive. We get to the car and I see a yellow tag on the windshield that reads "Vehicle Not for Sale". I didn't think anything of it and continued into the car and we went for a drive. I asked questions about the car etc and we talked about financing. Once we got back to the dealership we sat down at his desk and he went to go do something, I am assuming to go talk to a manager. He comes back and says "I am going to be completely honest with you because you always treat someone how you would like to be treated". Continues to tell me the car is already sold. I asked how, we were the only ones there looking at the car and if it was already sold why would they allow us to drive it. He said literally two minutes ago the customer came in and put a deposit down. I smelled xxxxxxxx and could tell that the dealership just has that car on there as a too good to be true deal. Lesson learned just shop locally and don't believe their website. This is Monday and the car is still listed on their site for sale More

This has been a terrible experience for me. Took my car to get service and thought it will take only 1 week. However, I am still waiting on my car to be fixed (almost 1 month). The service sucks big time. The reasons I give 1 star is: 1) no phone calls to give me any updates on the status of my car (I had to reach out to them), 2) I was told there will be a $200 diagnostic charged come to find it is $416, 3) they didn't know what was wrong with my car, so they had to contact outside help 4) was told I needed to buy a battery because the battery was not compatible but the battery was not the problem. The real problem cause the battery to go dead. I use my car for work purposes so I had to come out of pocket $700 for rentals. The list goes on... More
