Pre-certified CX-5 Scam? I purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5. Last December I noticed the air conditioner was not working. I brought it in for service and was told I purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5. Last December I noticed the air conditioner was not working. I brought it in for service and was told that they could not locate the problem. They put "Dye" in the system to see where it was leaking and sent me on my way. I brought it back last weekend because the air conditioner was not working again. Well now I am being told that it is not covered under warranty and want to charge me $1,600 because the evaporator is the problem. WHAT??? NO WAY. I believe this was a problem from the beginning and they just kept recharging the system until I forced the issue. So much for buying a pre-certified vehicle. Now I am stuck. Beware!!!!! The Service Manager, Robert Muziani's help is for me call Mazda dircectly. THANKS! AVOID!!!! More
Noone is here to hurt you,have no fear they love to help. I personally traveled 1hr out of my way just to deal with the folks at Morristown open road. I don't like getting ripped off and my trip was worth it .although there are over a dozen dealership closer that I could have went to I chose them . a hour out of my way is worth it when it comes to a 5 year investment. I am a union representative and I will be sending all of my members there. its not only there reputation its mine when I send someone ther and I don't like to look bad. I have nothing to worry about when I send someone there Justin Mike and Chris I feel like I owe you guys one . but I know you will say you are only doing your job. when I purchased my car I was given a good rate when I went to pick it up they told be they shopped for a better rate. they did not have to do thjat but they did anyway NOONE DOES THAT THESE DAYS NO ONE!!!!!! thanks guys More

Go see Clark!! I recently purchased a CX-5 from Mazda of Morristown and had a great experience. I walked in with the intentions of test driving one and seeing where I recently purchased a CX-5 from Mazda of Morristown and had a great experience. I walked in with the intentions of test driving one and seeing where my payments would be at. Clark was the first person to greet me and he helped me throughout the whole process. At the end I was happy with my payments and purchased the CX-5 I wanted. Clark walked me through the car features and was very knowledgeable. I really thought I knew everything about the car since I've owned mazdas before but he explained everything. The finance manager was very pleasent and explained all the warranties in detail. I was very please with the whole process and would recommend friends and family there to see Clark. More

Horrible, Rude Car Buying Experience I went to the dealer yesterday (05/14/2016) and had a very negative experience. Upon walking into the dealership, I was greeted by no one... which I f I went to the dealer yesterday (05/14/2016) and had a very negative experience. Upon walking into the dealership, I was greeted by no one... which I find very strange. Since this is a car dealership, you would think that someone would approach you. After waiting several minutes, the sales manager came over and talked to me. He asked what I was interested in, which I told him was a mazda 3 hatchback. He sent over one of his sales guy. After greeting the sales guy, he brought up a car and we went on a ride in the car. It was the most awkward ride in a car that I have had in my life. The sales guy said one word on the entire ride "it's my first day here today and I don't know much" and that was it. He didn't tell me anything about the car on the ride. After the ride was over, we went back into the dealership. I asked some questions about different wheel styles, which he was not able to answer. He referred me back to the sales manager. This is where things started going went way south, as if they were not already heading in that direction. The sales manager explained what wheels were available, with which models. I took a look at another model. I then asked the salesman for his business card, as I was not yet ready to pull the trigger on the car. He didn't know what to do, he referred me again to the sales manager. I asked the sales manager for a business card, he said hold on and walked away. I stood there waiting for several minutes, as I watched the sales manager up at the main counter joking with his co-workers. Needless to say, he never did bring me that business card. I walked out of the dealership with a sour taste in my mouth and will never recommend this dealership to anyone I know. I ended up buying a different brand car elsewhere. More
Beware!!! Please be very careful when dealing with these guys. They are really smart and know how to trick you. Make sure to check for all hidden cost before agreeing to any deal, as they won't disclose it until the very last minute when the Finance guy sits with you to discuss the actual final numbers. The way they work is like any other dealership, the deal is divided into 2 stages - Stage 1: a sales representative will negotiate the deal with you and make you believe that he is giving you a very good discount and you won't get a better deal anywhere in the market. Once you agree to the deal, they will start doing the paperwork and towards the end will introduce you to a Financing representative. Stage 2: the Financing representative will show you a completely different number with multiple fees and charges added that were not disclosed to you before, which ultimately takes the sale price to the price at which they actually want to sell the car. At that point you will be left with no option but to agree to whatever ridiculous charges they add to your agreed number. But i will suggest that don't let them to make a fool of yourself and walk out of the deal right away. This was an eye-opener for me and want you guys to be mentally prepared for surprises. More

However, my experience with their sales staff I dealt with as well as GM Justin Patel was so impressive and enjoyable, that I decided to purchase car that day - which is not usually my style. I loved how professional and extremely warm all the staff was. I love my new car as well, and will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone I know. I will also come back soon and purchase another vehicle from them soon for my teenage kids. I have not had better car experience yet-they are truly amazing!!!! Suzana More
