He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, took us on several test drives and answered all of my questions in a friendly and helpful way. We did not feel pressured at all, we took a few days to make up our minds, and when we decided to make the purchase Elie and his sales manager Jeff were very pleasant to deal with. The dealership itself is beautiful and the rest of the staff are very courteous. We will definitely recommend BMW of Roxbury and Elie Attieh to anyone we know who is interested in a BMW. More

I recently engaged in discussions to lease a new BMW from Open Road of Roxbury. When I entered the dealer I was assigned a salesperson who turned out to be very inexperienced (BTW -look at the positive reviews on this site and they mostly seem to be about a salesperson named Christian). While my salesperson did have good product knowledge he was clueless about how to construct a deal, financing, pricing and manufacturer discount programs. After test driving the vehicle, we sat down to discuss models and equipment. At that point I was told that new programs would be released from BMW the next day, but my payment would be within a certain range consistent with my budget. When I arrived at the dealer the next day my salesperson headed for the sales manager to provide me with a specfic lease price. The price I was given required a $7,200. down payment for a vehicle that lacked the equipment that I wanted. When I told the salesperson that a $7,200. down payment was out of the question, his next trip to the sales manager produced an offer for the same car (without the equipment I wanted) at $5,000. down. At that point the dealership lost all pricing credibility. A $2,200. drop in a down payment within a 10 minute time frame tells me that this dealer is not interested in making a fair and competitive deal, they just want to see how stupid their customers are and how much they can get out of every deal. If you like buying a car like you did in the 70's, then hold on to your wallet and head for Rt. 22. As a former Audi and Mercedes owner I expected more from a BMW dealer. More

Where ever he goes I follow him, he is a true sales advisor (NOT A SALES PERSON) I told me sister about him and she BMW and now I'm buying this one. Christian was an excellent sales adviser, and I would suggest him to anyone that is interested in purchasing a BMW. Throughout the process we were able to speak frankly with one another about the propose suggest him to anyone that is interested in purchasing a BMW. Throughout the process we were able to speak frankly with one another about the proposed sale and trade-in, and he did his best to accommodate what I was looking for as far as the value that I was seeking for my trade and what I wanted out of the car I was purchasing. Ultimately I think we both walked away getting the vast majority of what we were looking for in the deal, and in the process developed a great understanding that will serve us both well going forward. I expect that this is only the first vehicle that I will purchase by working with Christian, and look forward to working with him in the future. More
The absolute worst dealership I have ever been to. one goes to BMw with a feeling of trust in a brand and an expectation of customer service and reliability. I recently purchased my third BMW from Roxbury, open Road BMw and the experience since October has been nothing short of a nightmare. The dealership was dishonest from the get go by trying to sell me a car that had been in an accident. Secondly, they sold me a car that was in the shop for service 7 out of 10 weeks of ownership. A true lemon.( a leftover with 15k miles) that passed there 100 point inspection...haha...for lack of a better term. Then after finally getting them to take that vehicle back 3 months after purchase due to no one being able to fix the issues it was exchanged for another. I was guaranteed the exact same loan , not a penny more, but the documents weren't ready to take home, "come back for them when you get your plates" to find out an extra $2000 added onto the loan. Now ,3 months later, i went to use the cd player for the first time, and 10 disc attempts later ...ERROR...also a bmw assist SOS button that has a mind of its own and goes off at 3 am in my driveway for no reason..signalling the police.. I wish I bought a Ford !!!!! I dont even want to call them anymore because its no use!! they are selling piece of junk leftovers and acting as if they are doing you a favor!! More
Our salesman, Naim, lied about what inventory he had. I can't speak for the whole dealership, but Naim Mehmedagic is a liar and horrible salesperson. Deal with anyone else. More
