In all my years of dealing with sales personnel, toward the purchase or lease of an automobile, no one has ever come close to Mr. Christian Graciano. His knowledge of the auto we were interested in, was ex the purchase or lease of an automobile, no one has ever come close to Mr. Christian Graciano. Please very very wary about some of these reviews, I'm starting to think these are all written by their sales rep. They were pretty nice -- but the manager, Alan, made false promises, mistakes during n starting to think these are all written by their sales rep. They were pretty nice -- but the manager, Alan, made false promises, mistakes during negotiation process, and overall was very unpleasant. You could tell that he didn't like his job and didn't deserve his job at all. He doesn't care about you and doesn't try and be nice to prospective customers. -Unreasonable pricing on pointless things -After realizing his own mistake, stuck with the price and refused to bring it down -Tries to advertise everything as "new" but upon further inspection, they were complete liars. Go at your own cost, but this is a REAL review, not one of these other ones under mine. All things set aside, their Manager, Alan, is horrible. More
I am 74 yrs old, owned many cars..NEVER was treated as well at any other auto dealership service department!! I can not praise the service at Roxbury BMW enough! They make it very easy and relaxing AND well at any other auto dealership service department!! I can not praise the service at Roxbury BMW enough! Returning to Roxbury was a pleasure. My questions regarding the navigation and communication system in my 2007 328xi were thoroughly addressed by Allen. He went over every feature and showed me how regarding the navigation and communication system in my 2007 328xi were thoroughly addressed by Allen. He went over every feature and showed me how to accurately operate all my "high tech" devices. Upon purchasing the car, I began to notice inadequacies with the brakes, Allen and Raymond, both were helpful in making sure my brakes were replaced. I couldn't be happier. Although my vehicle is gorgeous, there were some areas of chipped paint that were eye sores. After mentioning this to Raymond, he and Allen immediately arranged for painting and buffing and my car couldn't be more gorgeous!! Although there are some maintenance issues (not covered under warranty, nothing major), that still need to be addressed, I am confident that my continued experience with BMW Roxbury will prove to be an pleasant. Thanks Allen and Raymond for all your efforts. More
My salesman (jose) was very friendly and patient with me.My only issue was within 2weeks of having the x5 while on highway speed the steering wheel would shake if i would slow down or pump the brakes!at me.My only issue was within 2weeks of having the x5 while on highway speed the steering wheel would shake if i would slow down or pump the brakes!at the same time the rear brake light sensor and tire pressure came on.I immediately called the dealer..and they were not as fast to return my calls (shall i say because to them it would not be considered a sale but more of a loss)since i know the brakes could not have been wear and tear within 2weeks they finally had me bring in the car for evaluation FREE of charge.I was right the car had bad rooter/brake pads,light fuses bad,and tires were inspected for correct air pressure. ALTHOUGH I HAD SOME ISSUES I WOULD RECOMMEND the dealer just be aware and inspect the car fully and fight for what is you're right.. the car is great and my salesman was AWESOME...(ASK FOR JOSE) More
