This was my first time at Open Road and I had a very good experience. Xenia Haines scheduled my appointments, explained in detail everything that I needed to know about my car, and made sure I was comfortable in the lounge. She even made sure that I was in and out in time to pick my kids up from school. She is very personable and asked about my dogs, my kids, and in general was super friendly and approachable. As a woman, it is easy to be intimidated at a dealership. Xenia really made me feel comfortable. I could tell that she was very knowledgeable and really knew what she was talking about. I had a very good experience working with her, and she will definitely be the reason that I come back to Open Road again. More
