New Turbo I thought I was bringing my car in for a routine service and unfortunately I needed a new turbo for my RDX. My service person "Zenya" went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied and also gave me a loaner cat for the week. This is my 3rd Acura with Wayne Acura and I now live over an hour away. For the quality of service and professionalism I received, I will continue to come to Wayne Acura for my service needs. More

Talking about Carl he is very professional in handling the sale, concerned about our problems and found out ways in which he can deliver what we wanted. Josh on the other hand was a patient and very helpful person who had waited for me at the airport to deliver my car beyond his work hrs. The only thing I'm lacking is I couldn't meet Carl in-person. A big plus is though it was an used car they treated me as good as a new car buyer. Overall they are trust-worthy. More

Their customer service is excellent due in large part to Xenia Haines. When working with Xenia I truly feel like a valued customer. She remembers me whenever I call to schedule an appointment or enter the dealership. I am welcomed with a friendly smile and greeting. When it comes to the actual service I feel that I am paying a fair price and never over-sold on services. Xenia takes the time to explain each recommended service, the pricing and whether or not the work is mandatory at that time. In some instances I agree to a portion of the service and then complete the balance of the work at a follow-up appointment to keep my bill lower with each visit. The occasional e-mail coupons sent by Open Road Acura of Wayne are also helpful. A friend referred me to see Craig at Open Road and I could not have been happier with getting my car serviced at this location. From the initial phone call with Xenya to my communication with Craig to picking my car up after the service was completed, my overall experience was easy and stress free! I felt like I could trust them and they were in constant communication with me throughout the process on the status of my car. Craig went out of his way to explain to me the service my car needed and was available by phone when I needed. There is never a time when I am told everything needs to be done at once. She keeps a running "to do" list and a "must do " list. There always has a loaner car for me, even in times of emergencies. She knows how to take care of her clients. She always explains the problem with your car and why it needs to be fixed or can wit until next time. If Xenia is not in when I call, I wait until she is.
