Take your business elsewhere Called about a recall repair, and spoke to the most condescending customer service representative I've ever encountered. She reacted to every question I asked as though I was stupid for asking it, and in the end really offered me no help at all. They didn't have the part they needed to make the repair, and she wouldn't tell me when she thought they'd have it in. In the end, though, I'm thankful, because now I have an appointment at Shawnee Mission Ford (who was a thousand times more professional). It's a shame, because we live about five minutes from Olathe Ford, but they will not be getting any of our business. I'd recommend taking yours elsewhere as well. More

Do not go ! Horrible expierience ? Yes !! Brought in my car early in the morning for notshifting right, they fixed something at the last minute for $415 , still Horrible expierience ? Yes !! But they said the cat converter needs to be changed and qoutes me $3500, i took my car from them at 5pm when they told me its done , and its making a grind noise which was not there when i first took it to them! They were like "ok we dont have any availble mechanics now" so i had to leave it to be checked for the 3rd time and they said its the back pressure thing and they cant put the cat converter back! And my second one has gone bad too ! Seriously??? Here is the crazy news! I ended switching my cat converter for $250 when they told me it will cost $3500 and the mechanic that swiched the new ones said, that its not true that they cant place them back and he thinks that they messed the other one up because its broken! I do not recomend anyone going there! More

We were told by Andre a particular price for our trade-in, the cost of the vehicle AND that we were within a few hundred dollars of a deal. It turns out he wasn't even authorized to give us the trad trade-in, the cost of the vehicle AND that we were within a few hundred dollars of a deal. It turns out he wasn't even authorized to give us the trade-in value. He then gave us the intended value for the trade-in and vehicle and has NO authority to do so. Olathe Ford wouldn't stand by his word. We were told $4,000 less than what Andre told us. Never have we dealt with this situation when buying a vehicle. They could have made this right and didn't. This is a nice place and has a hard working service department. The staff was very professional and provided shuttle service to and from my office.
