I liked that he was there to give information and answer any questions we had, but he also gave my husband and I some space so that we could enjoy looking at all of the features of the cars without the stress of someone standing over our shoulders the entire time. I really appreciated that he gave us some time to ourselves to talk and look around. My husband and I did visit a different dealer (not Honda) a week before coming to the O'Donnell Honda and our experience with them was no where near as great a with you all! Most of all, Mo helped me feel at ease with the whole car buying process. I had never bought a new car, and I was nervous with many questions! I bought my first Accord from O'donnell in 1999. I thought, after driving it awhile, it was the highest quality car I had bought to date. My only service requirements over the years have been for oil changes, tire rotations and brake replacement, and timing belt changes at 100K miles. One of the great things about the O'donnell dealership is that I can call from the road for an oil change or service and almost always can take the car in immediately. The reliability of the cars and good service has sold me on Hondas. Both my daughters have bought Hondas there and I've bought three over the last 11-12 years. My wife bought a Honda elsewhere but it was serviced at O'donnell throughout it's life. That car was traded last week for a new Accord. Back in 2003, I purchased a Honda Civic EX sedan from O'Donnell Honda because they gave me the lowest price among several Baltimore-area Honda dealerships. Since then, I had continued to bring my car to O'Donnell Honda because they gave me the lowest price among several Baltimore-area Honda dealerships. Since then, I had continued to bring my car to O'Donnell Honda for routine maintenance and service because I found their service center to be quite reasonably priced, fast, and friendly. Unfortunately, my car was totaled in an accident last month, putting me in the market for a new car. After considering a few possibilities, I decided to get another Honda Civic EX. So once again, I received price quotes online from about 10 Washington and Baltimore area dealerships for a 2010 Honda Civic EX sedan with automatic transmission. And once again, O'Donnell Honda was able to give me the lowest price without any hassle or haggling involved. Although, it would have been nice to receive some kind of customer loyalty discount for being a repeat buyer. Overall, the experience was very good, pressure-free, and smooth. Having experienced some other area dealerships where the salespeople are constantly pressuring you either by phone, by email, or in person, it was a very welcome gesture by O'Donnell Honda to appear so laid back. The only hiccup I experienced was that during the detailing of the car for delivery, O'Donnell Honda discovered some scuffs on the bumper of the Civic (likely from the massive shoveling and snow removal effort from the snowstorms earlier in February). They offered to give me a different Civic to take home that day, but that one was the only one they had in dark blue, so I let them keep it two extra days so that their body staff could buff and polish out the scuffs without charge. They apologized many times for that inconvenience, but with the amount of snow we got this winter, it's bound to happen to every dealership in the area. At least they were forthcoming about it and told me about the scuffs and didn't let me drive off the lot with a new car with scuffs that I would find later. I highly recommend O'Donnell Honda for all those who know they want to buy a Honda and are looking for the lowest price without haggling and are looking for excellent customer service. More

I was looking for a car for a while. I wasn't sure what I wanted. I am in sales and need a car or SUV with room as well as luxury. I went on the internet and emailed O'Donnell Honda for the price of the Pilot. Within a half hour I had the price of each model of Pilot to help me decision and the name of the salesman who would contact me. I was contacted exactly when I was told I would and set up an appointment. I met Terry Askin my sales person and he went over all my choices and gave me the pros and cons of each choice. These are things I wouldn't have thought of. After out meeting I told Terry I wanted to think about it over night. Terry was very agreeable to that and I told him I would be back in the morning when I made my decision. I came beck and purchased my car. The paperwork was a breeze it took about a half hour. In finance Mr. Boswell offered me choices of extras and I went with a 120 mile 8 year transferable warranty. I was in car heaven. I was out of the dealership with my new car as soon as it was cleaned and inspected for me to take. This took a total of about 1 and 1/2 hours. No pressure and a great car. That is what I wanted and that is what I got. I will recommend everyone that I talk to about cars O'donnell Honda. More

I and my wife , were satisfied by the responses to our questions, and discussions of the various models available. We settled on a 2010 Honda Accord, for a fair and honest deal. I also want to commend members of the Service Department for their efforts installing additional options on the car included in the deal. Based on my and my wife's experience we highly recommend ODONNELL HONDA, as a dealership , not be overlooked, by anyone who is interested in purchasing a Honda vehicle. Both the sales and service departments are staffed with professional,capable, and 'up front' people willing to provide to you the best service possible. More
