Prior to my first phone call with Terry from O'donnell Honda I had talked with a number of dealerships in the Area. I worked Honda of Bowie, Ourisman Honda of Laurel, Pohanka Honda, and Jim Coleman Honda Honda I had talked with a number of dealerships in the Area. Almost all of them tried selling me a vehicle they did not have on the lot and could not give me a timeframe for when they could actually get the vehicle I wanted. Bowie of Honda was the highest priced, and they were extremely pushy. They were so pushy that it was not pleasant interacting with them. I had spoken with several individuals over that two week period. Now, for O'Donnell Honda. I called the Dealership and with no negiation on my part, Terry gave me the lowest price on the vehicle that I had received from any other dealership. And lets keep in mind that I had been haggling with some of the dealers for about a week and a half. Terry was extremely accommodating. He was extremely friendly and straight-forward. He had the car I wanted and the paperwork process was extremely fast. He was never pushy about any item we discussed and thoroughly explained all of the options and paperwork. It was a pleasure working with O'Donnell Honda and I would definitely recommend them to friends. More

Terry was a great salesman; We started by getting an internet quote, and his price was better than 7 other regional competitors. He worked with us on the trade in value and loan rate.
