I actually had to ask for a salesman after getting no attention when I first walked in. I appreciate the no hassle sales protocol and the people there weren't looking to fleece everyone who walked in. They assume you've done the research and deal with you accordingly. Great experience. I have always driven American cars, but my daughter has had Hondas for 17 years and highly recommended them. Since I live alone, I required a dealer with a shuttle to take me home and pick me up if I had had Hondas for 17 years and highly recommended them. O'Donnell was nearby and answered all my preliminary questions on the phone. When I visited the dealer, Jerry Sommerville did an outstanding job of explaining all the vehicle features and also the purchase/lease options, and Cathy Bowen also did a great job handling the financing. The sales department was professional and well-managed, and I took a quick look at the service facility and that also appeared to be well run. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I would recommend O'Donnell to anyone who asked. More

When it was time to get a new car we headed straight back to O'Donnell. We bought our first O'Donnell Honda in 2006 and just bought our second, a 2010. Having been there once before, we never even considered going anywhere else this time. We've finally found a Honda place that we're completely happy with. As always, Musa Musa was very pleasant to deal with, very professional, no games, no pressure. We also dealt briefly with Mike Scandora one day when Musa was gone, and were equally impressed. O'Donnell was just like it was in 2006, which is a breath of fresh air. No high pressure or silly games, any of that nonsense. It was a very pleasant surprise to see that, unlike most Honda places we have visited, their cars were (and still are) "bare", without any of those dealer-added accessory packages, which are usually grossly overpriced and not things we'd want anyhow. We got the bare car with nothing on it and asked for a couple of (reasonably priced) accessories that we did want. Musa did say he had to let us know that LoJack was available, we declined to hear the sales pitch, and he dropped it. Again, no pressure, no feverish attempts to sell the usual, overpriced (and probably unnecessary) undercoating package, etc. The Internet pricing feature was nice, too, giving a very good price without having to go through the usual hassle, haggling, good cop/bad cop routine with two pushy people ganging up on you, making you sit alone for ten minutes while "checking with the manager", etc. In all, it was once again a very pleasant, low pressure environment, the way car buying should be. I've been recommending O'Donnell to people since our first visit 4 years ago, and between them my wife's brother and sister have purchased 3 new Hondas there because of us. I'll definitely head straight there for my next Honda. More

After emailing with several Honda dealerships in the Baltimore area, I went with O'Donnell because they gave me the lowest "out the door" price via email and they were transparent about costs from the beginning and remained consistent throughout the entire process. The salesperson I worked with in person, Mike Garvey, was already aware of the "out the door" quote I had been given over the internet and didn't try to play any games about cost, dealer installed features or fees. It was hassle free and I felt comfortable the entire experience. More

I entered a quote inquiry on the website and received an immediate response from Christine Dinatale. She answered all of my questions in every e-mail in record time. She was even able to locate Jerry and set-up a time to test-drive a new Civic and speak directly with him at a time that was convenient for me. Upon arrival at O'Donnell Honda, I was greeted with the same friendly and efficient staff. Jerry was just as pleasant as I remembered him 9 years ago. He set me up with a car to test drive at my own pace, and didn't hover or put any pressure on my car buying decision. He took the time to answer all the questions that my family and I posed. He was patient and kind as ever. I was also able to get a quote for $4,000 less than the MSRP, and $2,000 less than another Honda dealership. Jerry worked with me to get an affordable extended warranty that would actually fit my driving needs. When all was said and done, I got a 1.9% interest rate, an excellent price, a wonderful car buying experience, and the perfect car. I've already recommended O'Donnell Honda to everyone I know looking to have a hassle-free car buying experience. More

I liked that he was there to give information and answer any questions we had, but he also gave my husband and I some space so that we could enjoy looking at all of the features of the cars without the stress of someone standing over our shoulders the entire time. I really appreciated that he gave us some time to ourselves to talk and look around. My husband and I did visit a different dealer (not Honda) a week before coming to the O'Donnell Honda and our experience with them was no where near as great a with you all! Most of all, Mo helped me feel at ease with the whole car buying process. I had never bought a new car, and I was nervous with many questions!
