I had searched / compared price of CR-V 2010 EX 2WD or 4WD color Opal Sage since early December 2009. Not only internet sale but also walk-in shopping from many Honda dealers. I was surprise when I checked a price from O'Donnell. Their out-of-the-door price was very low than other dealer by without any negotiated. Ken Corker was my first contact. He was very open and explained every aspects of car includng financing. He promised me to bring a CR-V color Opal that was very rarely to find in any dealer. Finally, he could bring/find a CR-V EX4WD(Opal sage)that I prefer before end-of-the-year. I was very appreciated his effort to find this car for me. He told me that he drove up to Delaware and drove back to Maryland same day to delivery this car on time. I would recommend O'Donnell and especially Ken Corker to my friends/colleges. I give them 10 of 10 on sale service that I got from them. More

Did the "internet pricing" sales process - I received a quote in under 10 minutes that was honored without question once I arrived at the dealership. We went to several local dealerships, and we felt the most comfortable with Ken at O'Donnell Honda. There was at least one dealer that offered to beat the lowest price we can get and we know for sure we can get a price lower than what we finally paid, but we don't like the style of that particular dealship. For us, we like the style of O'Donnell Honda and we feel that we got a reasonalbe price for the car we bought, even though it is not the lowest we need to pay. More

We have bought many new cars over the years and have delt with a number of different dealers. We generally know specifically what we want and have a good idea of the cost. Many dealers, however, do not listen to what the customer wants but rather attempt to persuade them to purchase something they do not want. There is generally a lot of talk and hand waving that does not produce what we are looking for. The internet is a great research tool both to learn about the particular car of intrest and about the different dealers. We sent out inquires to at least six dealers about a 2010 Honda Civic, We wanted a 4 door with auto trans and AC. Wespecified a color and asked for a quote. We received back about 25 emails from these dealers. All these emails except one contained no substantive response to our inquiry. The one email, from Mike Garvey, provided quotes for three distinct Honda Civics matching our inquery. Mike, and O'Donnell Honda, were prompt to respond with specific quotes that did not change when we visited the showroom. When we got to the showroom we were greeted promptly and Mike showed us the cars available. We had a test drive and picked the car we liked. The paperwork was done promptly, the car was tagged, washed and ready to go by the time we signed the papers. All in all we easily justify giving Mike Garvey and this dealership a 5 out of 5 rating. I was looking for a really nice used car and O'Donnell Honda had the one I wanted on their web site. I found it and a week later started calling Kenny Kang (uses car sales representative at O'Donnell Hond Honda had the one I wanted on their web site. He had the car ready for me to take a test drive the minute I arrived. We test drove the car and I bought it 2 days later. They had the paper work all ready to go and made everything simple and fast to fill out. There were some minor curb scratches on the front bumper spoiler area and Kenny had the detail guys take are of that in a few hours. Kenny and O'Donnell really helped me out with finding an excellent used car and on working with me to negotiate a great price. I would highly recommend Kenny Kang and O'Donnell Honda to anyone!! Let me explain myself as best as possible short of being able to tell you in person. Here is my best account. When I first saw my vehicle at the service shop I knew it was for me. The young man responsible for the cleaning and detailing of my car should be commended for his efforts. My CRV, even tho it is a 2006, was absolutely stunningly clean throughout. Weeks have passed and many comments continue at how beatifully clean my vehicle is. I attribute its beauty to that skilled person who attended to my CRV in your detail shop. Next, my salesman Kenny, was wonderfull throughout my entire purchase as well as my subsequent encounters post purchase. He helped me resolve a couple of issues with a scratch and a taillight on my CRV and i was impressed with the professional and helpfull attitude that he continually displayed long after I had signed "on the dotted line". Once again I want to commend another on your staff, who's name eludes me. The very pleasant woman I refer to was very helpfull in assisting me with my loan application from Honda of America. She was very well versed at her job skills and I was impressed with her kind demeanor especially since it was late at night, the store had closed and most had gone home for the evening. Everything worked out smoothly and efficiantly and we were all on the road home (me in a new car!) in no time at all.
