It was time to replace our 1999 Honda Odyssey (210,000 miles). Both were very helpful in weighing the pros and cons of used and new cars for our situation. They genuinally seemed to want us to get what was best for us! Once we decided on a new car, Cheri was extremely helpful, thorough and efficient as hse guided us through the process. After the sale, she took the time to track down and send me a personal item I had left in the car. i also apprecited her follow-up phone call to see if we had any questions or conerns. Great service! I had a wonderful experience at O-Donnell Honda. I never felt pressured or rushed, but always felt that I could ask anything or pop in any time during the process of buying my new car. They had everything ready ahead of time when they knew I was coming (to sign papers; to have remote start installed)and never seemed bothered when I arrived unannounced (to ask questions or look at the car again). Robert even had a rental car ready for me when he foufn out that the remote start install would take a few hours. Everyonein the dealership was friendly, even though they weren't working directly with me on my purchase. This is the second time I have purchased with O'Donnell Honda, and while I did test drive a few other makes of cars, Honda service and vehicles were by far the best. I won't even bother with other dealerships when I am ready for my next car...which considering it's a HOnda, may be a while! Thanks for everything! More
