My wife seen an tv ad the other day and was impressed enough to want to visit O'donnell Honda, i requested a internet price request to which i received a super quick response -> not really a price but he enough to want to visit O'donnell Honda, i requested a internet price request to which i received a super quick response -> not really a price but helpful information. My wife and i shopped at a number of different Honda dealerships in the area and finished with O'donnell Honda, they were the ONLY dealership that i visited that had exactly the car i wanted. Mr. Wilkie came out and introduced himself, asked if we could help, i told him very simply, can we see this car and give me and my wife some time to talk alone, he got the keys and gave us time. Mr. Wilkie said "what's it going take to make a deal today, I gave him my price and within 10 minutes we was back to me with THAT price... car sold! I was very pleased with the whole deal, if i had any issues at all it would be that it took to long getting to the finance office, but being fair to O'donnell Honda they were very busy. Would I buy again from O'donnell Honda -> YES IN DEED!! Great buying experience and great people to do business with. More

My passage window weather-strip is split and window was stuck down. I brought in on 07/06/11 to fix it and they placed a special order and wrote a note on invoice said the part will be arrived on 07/08/11 stuck down. I then called them and the service guy told me the part is shipping from CA and will take more than a week. I called three days after that and got the same answer again. I finally talked to parts department and found out this part has a back order. The parts department guy immediately transferred the parts from other source and arrived in 2 days. I then dropped my car at 8:00 AM and service lady asked me what time to pick it up. I told her at 5:00PM to pick it up. Guess what, at 5:15PM when I walked in, the car had not in the service yet. I have to waste another one and half hours to have it fixed. During waiting time, I want to complain to the manager regarding whole service processing but of course that manager has left of the day, no one has higher position than service lady. For past two weeks, weather was extremely hot and can’t roll up the window because of this kind of unprofessional service. I really had an enough on this dealer. Note: The manager tried to reach me several times after posted this message. He did apologize for the sevice I got. He also mentioned that they are taking the customer service very serious. He offered $100 gift card and asked me to try again (want to win me back). I modified my rate based on his sincere attitude for fixing the problem. More

Throughout the process I felt that I was working with individuals who loved their job and were committed to working with me rather than pushing me to increase the profit margin down the line. (This was a new experience for me!!!!) Mr. Garvey took time to explain the features like "power locks and windows which I have never had before. The test drive with the Honda Fit was a impressive experience. If you test drive this car, you will buy it because it is so well designed. I have never driven a car before with such easy visibility for the driver. More
We got a quote over the internet for a new Accord. The price was great, we were contacted immediately by email and phone by three different people. This is not a conveniently located dealership for many in the greater Baltimore area. But having dealt w/ three other Honda dealerships in Baltimore in the past and for this new car (we drive Hondas since 1988), O'Donnell Honda is definitely the best and worth driving a few more miles. This stands in stark relief to my experiences with Heritage Honda, the dealer I worked with before switching to O'Donnell. In fact, I made the change because O'Donnell offered much more favorable prices and provided much better service. It's a joy to deal with O'Donnell. More
On June 8, 2011, I called a number of dealerships looking to test drive a base model manual transmission Honda Fit. Due to recent diasters in Japan, finding one of these cars was problematic. However, Brown's Honda in Glen Burnie, Maryland told me they had one and to come by for a test drive. I took off work and met the salesman. I got in the car and noted how nice it was for a base model. The car was not a base model, but the $1600.00 pricier Sport version of the Fit. I had a VERY BAD experince at Brown's Honda. The salesman lied to me to get me to come down for a test drive, and then lied some more to me about how he knew there was a base model fit "out there" and that he would find it for me. I left feeling uneasy. Later on in the week, I called the dealership to complian about how I was treated. They stood by their salesman and acted surprised that anyone could find fault in this man. On June 9th, I made some more calls looking for the car I wanted and I spoke with Terry Askin at O'Donnell Honda. He seemed pretty straight forward, and most importantly, believeable. He had a base model Manual transmission Honda Fit. I took off work on June 10, went to O'Donnell, test drove and bought the Fit. There was no haggling, no stories, no lies. I would buy from Mr. Askin again, and I would tell others to frequent this dealership as well. The difference between dealing with the two dealerships was remarkable. More
This is my 2nd Honda car from the dealer. This time, it took me about an hour from test drive to an agreement on the price. The staff very nice, especially the manager. I felt that I can trust them.
