My husband and I could not be happier with the purchase of our new Honda CRV. My daughter (who has always owned a Honda) had so many great things to say about O'Donnell Honda that we drove a little furthe of our new Honda CRV. We were not disappointed. In spite of Hurricane Irene, Jerry Sommerville made our purchasing experience great. He is professional, but not "stuffy" or pushy. We were very comfortable with Jerry. This is the third new Honda I have purchased from Odonnell Honda. All three were purchased online. I have always received the information that I have requested via e-mail from Christine DiNatale in Odonnell Honda. All three were purchased online. I have always received the information that I have requested via e-mail from Christine DiNatale in the first reply without the hassle and gimmicks other dealers use with online sales. I received several, "we need to talk" "telephone information request" emails from other dealers without the pricing and inventory questions answered. When I purchase a vehicle, I want the facts - how much is it going to cost, finance rate, and not all the free oil change information, free shuttle service, etc. information. Odonnell Honda was the only dealer to provide the information I requested in the first reply. I had a problem with the delivery of the second car that I purchased at Odonnell and they went out of their way to make it right. Kenny Kang (sales) took all of my information pre-delivery and had financing set up prior to my arrival at the dealer. Christine did the same on the two prior purchases. I have spent less than three hours at the dealership purchasing three cars. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda. More

My wife seen an tv ad the other day and was impressed enough to want to visit O'donnell Honda, i requested a internet price request to which i received a super quick response -> not really a price but he enough to want to visit O'donnell Honda, i requested a internet price request to which i received a super quick response -> not really a price but helpful information. My wife and i shopped at a number of different Honda dealerships in the area and finished with O'donnell Honda, they were the ONLY dealership that i visited that had exactly the car i wanted. Mr. Wilkie came out and introduced himself, asked if we could help, i told him very simply, can we see this car and give me and my wife some time to talk alone, he got the keys and gave us time. Mr. Wilkie said "what's it going take to make a deal today, I gave him my price and within 10 minutes we was back to me with THAT price... car sold! I was very pleased with the whole deal, if i had any issues at all it would be that it took to long getting to the finance office, but being fair to O'donnell Honda they were very busy. Would I buy again from O'donnell Honda -> YES IN DEED!! Great buying experience and great people to do business with. More

My passage window weather-strip is split and window was stuck down. I brought in on 07/06/11 to fix it and they placed a special order and wrote a note on invoice said the part will be arrived on 07/08/11 stuck down. I brought in on 07/06/11 to fix it and they placed a special order and wrote a note on invoice said the part will be arrived on 07/08/11. After a week passed-by, I didn’t get any phone call. I then called them and the service guy told me the part is shipping from CA and will take more than a week. I called three days after that and got the same answer again. I finally talked to parts department and found out this part has a back order. The parts department guy immediately transferred the parts from other source and arrived in 2 days. I then dropped my car at 8:00 AM and service lady asked me what time to pick it up. I told her at 5:00PM to pick it up. Guess what, at 5:15PM when I walked in, the car had not in the service yet. I have to waste another one and half hours to have it fixed. During waiting time, I want to complain to the manager regarding whole service processing but of course that manager has left of the day, no one has higher position than service lady. For past two weeks, weather was extremely hot and can’t roll up the window because of this kind of unprofessional service. I really had an enough on this dealer. Note: The manager tried to reach me several times after posted this message. He did apologize for the sevice I got. He also mentioned that they are taking the customer service very serious. He offered $100 gift card and asked me to try again (want to win me back). I modified my rate based on his sincere attitude for fixing the problem. More
