He made "things" happen and had the exact car there for us to see and drive the next day.I felt from the very beginning of the process no pressure, but instead professionalism. Jerry offered us a very fair deal from the very beginning, which I much appreciated. We had one minor item arise on the 16th when we came back in to pick up the new car. Jerry listened to my concern and immeadiately had Brian Schwenk the GM/VP in on the conversation. Within minutes everything was resolved exceeding my expectations. My wife and I were looking for a Nissan SUV and have been looking for a little while. It is hard to find a used vehicle that has everything you want, that is in good shape, at a great price. When we got there, the car was out in front and ready to go. We took it for a spin and checked it out. We liked everything about it and didn't have anything bad to say about the car. The price was better than anything we had seen previously! I gave the rating that I did because O'Donnell Honda had put all new tires on the car and it was very clean inside. David and John were very personable and easy going. No pressure sales environment, just good guys to deal with. I will definitely recommend O'Donnell Honda to anybody looking for a used vehicle. I requested an internet price quote for a new CR-V. They responded quickly with a great price quote. Another dealer responded with questions for me, and even after answering their questions they did not se responded quickly with a great price quote. I didn't want to play games with pricing, so I just bought the car from O'Donnell at their quoted price. After seeing my new car, my wife wanted one, so we bought a second CR-V from O'Donnell a few days later at the same great price. Both the sales guy and the financial person were friendly and nice to deal with, and I never had to deal with a manager or get any pressure from anyone. I was an easy sale, though. I knew the vehicle, color, and options I wanted, the price quoted was favorable to me, so I just went in and bought it. More

Price of the new car was very good and there was not a need for much, if any, haggling. The finance portion of the deal was the best experience I've ever had buying a new car.
