Mike sold me my last Honda and is never pushy, which is one reason I wanted to work with him again. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and helpful. The only person that I cannot highly recommend is the receptionist. While she was nice there was no sense of welcome and friendliness. From the time I walked in the door till when I drove away in my new Civic a week or so later--I was treated well. I would certainly work with the Team at O'Donnel again. In the past 2 years I've taken my old Civic for service a few times and ALWAYS get prompt, friendly and helpful service. He made "things" happen and had the exact car there for us to see and drive the next day.I felt from the very beginning of the process no pressure, but instead professionalism. Jerry offered us a very fair deal from the very beginning, which I much appreciated. We had one minor item arise on the 16th when we came back in to pick up the new car. Jerry listened to my concern and immeadiately had Brian Schwenk the GM/VP in on the conversation. Within minutes everything was resolved exceeding my expectations.
