The experience at O'Donnell Honda dealer was most rewarding. I had came in on Saturday, March 16, 2012, looking to buy a used Honda Civic. After speaking with the representative, Ken Corker, I was ab rewarding. I had came in on Saturday, March 16, 2012, looking to buy a used Honda Civic. The approval process was held all the way up until March 19, 2012 and on this specific day, I was one of the happiest customer ever. Not only were both Ken Corker and Gregg Smith able to sell me a brand new Honic Civic 2012, but they were able to get my loan approved with SECU credit union, providing me with an APR rate of 2.24%, with monthly payments being only $297.40 monthly. O'Donnell's hard work and diligence is fully responsible for making sure that I was a satisfied customer. I met Terry the day my 13 yr old civic didn't start for the first time ever. I wasn't really serious about buying a new car but needed to know where I stood with purchasing a new CRV. He introduced me to the CRV with knowledge and confidence. I new that day I would buy my new CRV from Terry even if was six months down the road. Things changed and I was suddenly in a position to by my CRV. I went to Jim Coleman Honda to test drive the CRV b/c I didn't want tie Terry up if I ended up not liking it. I just would have felt guilty because he was good at what he did for a living. Coleman Honda tried really hard to sell me a car in a color I didn't want with a lot of accessories they already installed on it. Worst part was the Manager, George, kept referring to "when girls buy cars" while speaking with me. I was furious! Long story short, I was sorry I wasted time with them even if I was using them for my test drive. I literally called Terry on his cell phone from "George's" desk and asked if I could come see him that day. I left there, drove to O'Donnell Honda where Terry was waiting for me. I bought my car that afternoon. I felt that Terry respected me, gave me a fair deal, and was great to work with. Since I bought my CRV I have bragged often to my Coworkers, friends, and family about my experience with O'Donnell Honda, specifically Terry. More
