I give O'Donnell Honda 5's across the board because I've always received wonderful treatment whenever I've dealt with them. I bought my first Honda from O'Donnell 10 years ago, and for 10 years I've been b always received wonderful treatment whenever I've dealt with them. From the salesman who sold me the car to the technicians that have worked on it, everyone has always been helpful, courteous and friendly. When it was time to buy a new car, O'Donnell was my only choice. The salesman again was wonderful and easy to work with, as was the financial person. And I will continue to use the service department for all of the maintenance on the new car as well. In 10 years I've never had a bad experience with O'Donnell Honda. More

What he didn't do is almost as important as what he did -- he didn't try to push a different car on me or extra options or financing through Honda or discover new charges to tack on the quote. I was bracing for all of that, but none of it every happened.He just listened to what I wanted and delivered, which made the whole process smooth and easy. Even the financing guy (wish I could remember his name) got me a better rate from my credit union than what I had been able to get. Start to finish, the whole process was very pleasant and very easy. I will definitely be heading back the next time I'm looking to buy, and I'll be going back for scheduled service even though a few other dealerships are closer. When you're treated this well, you want to reward it with your loyalty, and you want to shout it out to friends, family, co-workers, and random internet strangers.
