I believe my experience this time exceeded my previous one. My salesperson (Mr. Terry Askin) was by far the best in terms of his kind and friendly manner, projecting a family atmosphere, and of his unassuming way of conveying his experienced working knowledge of the Odyssey model. In particular, Mr. Askin's follow-up attention and service after the purchase was superior and well appreciated. I will definitely recommend O'Donnell for anyone who is in the market for purchasing a car. More

When I returned to pick up the car and sign for the financing later in the day, everyone involved-from financing to car prep person-was very attentive and pleasant. A good overall experience.
