Was very pleased with experience working with the sales person (Robert Wilkie) and with the person taking care of financing (unfortunately don't have his card and don't remember the name). It was 1st experience buying in this dealership (I bought cars in other places in past). The sales person was to the point, honest, and explained everything. Financing person was super fast (we were really impressed!). Also was quite happy with the Internet price on car. The big plus of the dealership was that they didn't try to rip you off selling meaningless packages and "hiding" the different financing options (I had this experience in different place just a year ago, and was extremely unhappy about it because I waster 2 hours for nothing (just to get what I knew I gonna get anyway)). Overall I'd definitely recommend the place. More

I really hate to haggle with people so I always email ahead of time asking for a "walk off the lot" price. In my last 2 buying experiences, I had 2 other Honda dealerships try to add things on when I ar ahead of time asking for a "walk off the lot" price. In my last 2 buying experiences, I had 2 other Honda dealerships try to add things on when I arrive ($25 to put on the license plates!), and I had to get nasty and rude to get the quoted price, so I was a little wary going in. However, Mike Garvey at O'Donnell Honda couldn't have been more professional and helpful. We got the exact price he quoted, (which was the lowest of all the local Honda dealerships I emailed), he went over all the bells and whistles of the vehicle, and best of all, there were no surprises! It was by far the least stressful, most enjoyable car buying experience I have had. More

Everyone was very personable and available for questions or concerns. They were attentive to my concerns and listened to what I wanted in a loan, as did Dave as well as in a vehicle. I left my vehicle to be cleaned in the morning and came back in later that evening (without being called-I had to call to check to see if it was done)to have vehicle steamed cleaned. Once I waited an additional hour and a half, my car was brought out, but didn't seem to be thoroughly cleaned. It looked the same as when I dropped it off (not even rinsed off). I was told someone would be sent to me to finish the job. Maybe better communication between customer so that we can be aware of what is going on or a heads up if the job is going to take longer than expected. It would have been appreciated to get a phone call. I had no idea what was going on with the car. More

This purchase was my daughter's very first car experience, and unlike my first car experience as a college freshman some 35 years ago, this experience was outstanding! Kenny not only helped us experience, and unlike my first car experience as a college freshman some 35 years ago, this experience was outstanding! Kenny not only helped us find a car that Chloe could afford, but also a car that she felt comfortable driving. He really listened to what she was searching for, and gave her lots of choices. It felt like he had a special interest in seeing her happy with her purchase. He gently guided her toward a car that he felt met her criteria: good value, good safety record, great gas mileage. Ultimately, he let her make the decision without any pressure to buy. Though we co-signed for the car, Kenny addressed her respectfully by making eye contact with her, asking her lots of questions, acknowledging that her decision was key, and that this was her car. Kenny made every effort to seal the deal with grace and style, and we can not say enough about him or the dealership. We had no buyers remorse after completing the transaction, and that is a first for me. Financing and completing final paperwork was a breeze and took less than 35 minutes. Our last purchase a year ago at another dealer took 6 hours and we were exhausted! So, would I recommend O'Donnell to my friends and family? Yes, I already have.
