Besides purchasing a car, I purchased all weather mats. I found out that if you purchase the mats from PARTS and not at the time of purchasing the car, there is $26 up charge for "labor". I was told by the s found out that if you purchase the mats from PARTS and not at the time of purchasing the car, there is $26 up charge for "labor". I was told by the sales person, that "someone has to go get them and take the plastic off to put into your car" . I do not believe this true labor. This is what we call, "cost of doing business." When I told the sales person that maybe in the future that he should let his customers know that they should just get it from parts directly to save %16, he proceed to lecture me. He said that all dealership does this. I called my Len Stoler Lexus dealership who told me that is not customerary at Lexus. O Donnell should reconsider upcharging their accessories to the customers. All accessories should cost the same if one gets it added at the time of purchase verses getting it directly from parts. Or at least make the customer aware of his choices! It is not that I can not afford the $26, but more to make his future customers aware. There were a few other items that I do not believe he was attentive with. I have spoke to Irv in customer service and he was very understanding. More

Recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civic HF. Mr. Bailey was very helpful and accommodating when it came to the test drive. Jerry was awesome. He was low pressure, knowledgable and just awesome to work with. O'Donnell had the model and color Pilot I wanted but I had a price I wanted to pay and he made it happen. I left to see what CarMax would give me for my car and when I came back, he got the price I asked for. I couldn't ask for more. He also offered to go over the Pilot's features in detail at a future date, since we ran out of time that day. I would HIGHLY recommend Jerry and O'Donnell to anyone. More
