I had a great experience with O'Donnell Honda. I appreciated him working with me and not going all into the "car deal" talk xx which we consumers get tired of hearing. I bought a 2002 Toyota Camry about a week ago and I am satisfied thus far with the vehicle. Only issues was that the transmission fluid needs to be changed, the power windows made a noticeable click noise when opening and I was worried that it could be the regulators (Toyota's have had issues with power window regulators having to be replaced -- $350.00 per door) and I will be going back (per our agreement) to get the right front bumper painted (minor issue--no biggie). I got the price down to a reasonable offer due to some of these minor issues and they worked with me to get close to my budget. The sales manager John was also very helpful (a bit talkative- but in a very positive way). So, I am very happy with my experience with O'Donnell Honda and with my interactions with Kenny in partiular as my first point of contact and with John the sales manager. Thanks Guys!! ....and see you tomorrow to get the paint job done. I would definitely buy anoter car here with the experience I had...and plan too in the future!! More

The sales staff is willing to work with our needs. The service staff is exceptional and very careful to maintain a positive freindly atmosphere. (something rarely present in dealership service departments) They would get 5's across the board if it weren't for the amount of time it takes to complete the sales transaction for a new car even after we've agreed on a price and the deal is made. This is not unique to this dealer. Just a pet peeve of mine. Should it take an HOUR to finalize new car paperwork? Really, there has to be a better way. I've discussed with friends and co-workers and they have the same experience regardless of manufacturer or dealer. There has to be a way to buy a car in less than two and a half hours... Let's all get creative and solve this! More

As an Internet sale, there wasn't a need for price negotiotiations and upon the vehicle's arrival at the dealership, Chris called to confirm its arrival and our timetable for delivery. My wife decided to sell her car to a third party and Chris picked us up from the dealer assisting me in getting the vehicle ready to transport my 2 babies and my healing wife. At the dealership, everything progressed smoothly! We were literally out in an hour or so and on our way! I had been researching new 2013 model cars for about six months and had narrowed the field to about three makes. Robert Wilkie proved to be a very knowledgeable and personable sales rep. He took all the time I wanted to walk me through various models in stock and allowed a long, thorough test drive - all the while describing the Accord's many features. The upgraded design, V6 power, good fuel economy, great electronics package, and world-famous reliability sold me on the car. And Robert's friendly, liesurely sales presentation sold me on the deal. As an unexpected bonus, Honda/O'Donnell even bested the excellent finance rates that I had pre-approved through my credit union. More

While it has been 14 years since I purchased my last car, this was smooth, quick and no hassels. Ken gave us the price, and while your financial employee was processing the loan from our Credit Union, Ken had the shop clean up the car and get it ready. No time was wasted and before I knew it I was driving my new Honda CRV home. I loved the fact that I did not have to submit a loan application with my credit union, get a check, etc. which could take a couple days. A smooth painless process and I love the car! More
