Robert Wilkie proved to be a very knowledgeable and personable sales rep. He took all the time I wanted to walk me through various models in stock and allowed a long, thorough test drive - all the while describing the Accord's many features. The upgraded design, V6 power, good fuel economy, great electronics package, and world-famous reliability sold me on the car. And Robert's friendly, liesurely sales presentation sold me on the deal. As an unexpected bonus, Honda/O'Donnell even bested the excellent finance rates that I had pre-approved through my credit union. More

Besides purchasing a car, I purchased all weather mats. I found out that if you purchase the mats from PARTS and not at the time of purchasing the car, there is $26 up charge for "labor". I was told by the sales person, that "someone has to go get them and take the plastic off to put into your car" . I do not believe this true labor. This is what we call, "cost of doing business." When I told the sales person that maybe in the future that he should let his customers know that they should just get it from parts directly to save %16, he proceed to lecture me. He said that all dealership does this. I called my Len Stoler Lexus dealership who told me that is not customerary at Lexus. O Donnell should reconsider upcharging their accessories to the customers. All accessories should cost the same if one gets it added at the time of purchase verses getting it directly from parts. Or at least make the customer aware of his choices! It is not that I can not afford the $26, but more to make his future customers aware. There were a few other items that I do not believe he was attentive with. I have spoke to Irv in customer service and he was very understanding. More

Recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civic HF. Mr. Bailey was very helpful and accommodating when it came to the test drive. Paperwork was mostly a cinch though, thanks to a number of other customers working with the sole loan officer, had to wait awhile to get all the paperwork knocked out.
