I enter the dealership and spend almost 5 minutes inside and nobody welcome me. I went myself to the reception to ask to talk to a salesman. My car was crushed by a tree during Hurricane Sandy. I needed to buy a new car quickly, so I made online inquiries of all local dealers, requesting price and inventory information on the 2013 Fit. O'Donne needed to buy a new car quickly, so I made online inquiries of all local dealers, requesting price and inventory information on the 2013 Fit. O'Donnell replied promptly and straightforwardly with a reasonable price; I knew this because I'd already pulled the CR report on the Fit. Only one other dealer ever gave me a price, and that took a a few days and was higher than O'Donnell's price. The others ignored my specific request, tried to get me to come in, called and emailed me repeatedly, promised to meet or beat any other price, and so on. I bought the car from O'Donnell with a minimum of fuss. I highly recommend O'Donnell to anyone in the market for a car. More

He made sure the car was in perfect condition upon ariving at the dealership and went over all the bells and whistles the car had to offer before we left the dealership. The best new car buying experience I have ever had. Chris responded promptly to my internet request for a price quote for an Accord but didn't bother me or try to make me come in for a test drive. When I did go in for a test drive, Chris did an excellent job of explaining everything and showing me the car's features. Again, he didn't push for a sale but just let the Accord and great price sell itself. The time to complete the financing and other paperwork was much faster than I've ever experienced and I left the showroom with my new car and a big smile on my face. I would highly recommend Chris and O'Donnell to anyone looking for a new Honda. Charles More
Prior to visiting O'Donnell Honda, I went to two other dealers, one Honda and one Toyota. I got a price for a 2013 Accord LX and I received extreme sales pressure from the Honda dealer and an offer of onl dealers, one Honda and one Toyota. I got a price for a 2013 Accord LX and I received extreme sales pressure from the Honda dealer and an offer of only $2,700 for my trade-in. I would never buy a car from this dealer. I then went to a Toyota dealer to look at the 2012 Camry. They appraised my trade-in at $4,500 but I did not feel comfortable buying the Camry. It did not like the design design, and it does not have many of the accessories that come standard with the Accord. I also went to a cash for cars firm and they offered me $5,000 for my trade-in. I then checked with O'Donnell Honda, and they had an Accord LX in stock with a no-haggle price lower than the price provided by the other dealer. After telling O'Donnell that I wanted to buy the car, they said that it was not necessary that I sell my car and they would accept my old car as a trade-in. The advantage would allow me to pay taxes only on the cost difference between the new and trade-in. They did not have to do this, and it saved me nearly $300 in taxes. I had an excellent experience buying the car and would highly recommend buying a car from O'Donnell. More
I had a great experience with O'Donnell Honda. I appreciated him working with me and not going all into the "car deal" talk xx which we consumers get tired of hearing. I bought a 2002 Toyota Camry about a week ago and I am satisfied thus far with the vehicle. Only issues was that the transmission fluid needs to be changed, the power windows made a noticeable click noise when opening and I was worried that it could be the regulators (Toyota's have had issues with power window regulators having to be replaced -- $350.00 per door) and I will be going back (per our agreement) to get the right front bumper painted (minor issue--no biggie). I got the price down to a reasonable offer due to some of these minor issues and they worked with me to get close to my budget. The sales manager John was also very helpful (a bit talkative- but in a very positive way). So, I am very happy with my experience with O'Donnell Honda and with my interactions with Kenny in partiular as my first point of contact and with John the sales manager. Thanks Guys!! ....and see you tomorrow to get the paint job done. I would definitely buy anoter car here with the experience I had...and plan too in the future!! More

I definitely would recommend them to anyone seeking to buy a new car. I plan to return to O'Donnell Honda when it's time to replace my wife's vehicle. More
