Stan Bailey was very helpful in helping us get the new Pilot we wanted. Our Pilot was not in stock but he quickly located a vehicle for us in the color we wanted. O'Donnell replied promptly and straightforwardly with a reasonable price; I knew this because I'd already pulled the CR report on the Fit. Only one other dealer ever gave me a price, and that took a a few days and was higher than O'Donnell's price. The others ignored my specific request, tried to get me to come in, called and emailed me repeatedly, promised to meet or beat any other price, and so on. I bought the car from O'Donnell with a minimum of fuss. I highly recommend O'Donnell to anyone in the market for a car. More
