After a parent death and personal illness, I have been very depressed and as a result my finances were not in good shape. Everyone was kept positive and continued to call banks and finance companies until something was approved. What was amazing about this experience was that I am 61 years old and my credit should be OK, but because of circumstances it wasn't. I had been car shopping for about 2 weeks and had test driven so many different vehicles, I was really getting sick and bored with continuing to look. At the end I was deciding between a Toyota RAV4 and driven so many different vehicles, I was really getting sick and bored with continuing to look. At the end I was deciding between a Toyota RAV4 and the Honda CRV. When we walked into the Honda dealership, we were greeted right away by Alex, but not in a pushy way, he asked me what I was looking for and it turned out that they had a CRV right on the dealer floor so he showed me all the ins and outs of the vehicle first. Then we talked a bit about colors I was interested in, safety features, etc and I told him I wanted to test drive the CRV. Alex and O'Donnell were the first people/dealership to allow me to A) test drive the car alone with no dealers sitting in the back with me and B) to encourage me to drive it for 20-30 minutes. Alex said I would not be able to learn anything about the CRV by just driving it to the first stoplight and then coming back. Other dealers sat in the backseat while I test drove and yammered and talked the entire time I was driving, so much so that I couldn't concentrate on the test drive! So that alone was worth me staying at O'Donnell and purchasing from them. After the test drive, I knew I had found my car, and Alex worked with the numbers and came out to something that was within my budget, there was no haggling or pressure of any kind. Then he sat in the CRV and set up the bluetooth functions for me, showed me how all the menu buttons worked, radio pre-sets, etc. He did not have to do all that and could have just sent me home with a "read the manual" sort of idea, but he took a LOT of time showing me the inside of my newly purchased CRV. Everyone at O'Donnell was great and for my first car buying experience, it could not have gone any smoother. Thanks so much to Alex and everyone at O'Donnell! I love my Honda. :) More

When I brought in my car to be serviced for a routine oil change it came back with the rear bumper dented and the paint chipped off. This was a brand new car at the time and I had to force them to replace th change it came back with the rear bumper dented and the paint chipped off. Mr. Bailey was down to earth very nice and helpful. Everyone was so nice and seemed very relaxed and friendly. Mr. Bailey, was not like what I expected. He was very nice and a good listener. He was also very patient, and I needed that. After all, this was going to be my first new car purchased. After several days of going back and forth in my head, I finally purchased the car. Then, I wanted to change the color, once again Mr. Bailey was very understanding. I think he knew that was coming. Sayed walked me through the process, worked with Chris Councill because of internet pricing, and made the entire experience easy. Sayed never pressured me - instead, he gave me options and listened to what I needed. Rajeev was also outstanding in the finance office. Again, no high pressure - I felt comfortable working with him as I had to arrange for a loan. He gave me plenty of options for financing a portion of the purchase price. I ended up with the rate and term that worked best for me. I was so impressed with the car buying experience that I even spoke to the manager before leaving the dealership just to let him know how great it went. More
