Another reason I've been loyal to O'Donnell for decades is Service Manager Ernie Pepe who manages O'Donnell Service Center in Catonsville. Hands-down, there is no one like Mr. Pepe when it comes to servicing cars and taking care of a customer's needs. I commute from Central PA to have my cars serviced by Ernie in Catonsville because it's absolutely worth it.
