He was kind and patient. Sayed was happy to help me look at a number of cars and was there to help if I wanted to purchase one, but if I didn't that was OK, too. If I get pressured or followed around a dealership, I just walk away. My experience at this dealership was much different. I very much appreciated the opportunity to figure out exactly what I wanted to buy and the fact that I got my car in a timely fashion and at a good price. I would definitely come back here. More

My girlfriend and I first tested out the new 2017 Crv in December when they arrived as her parents were in town from out the country. Shayne knew I wasnt going to buy the car then, but went over all the features and options and told us to take as long as we wanted for the test drive. He periodically checked in with me but wasnt aggressive at all. His patience paid off as we just bought a brand new 2017 Crv Touring last week that had to be ordered in from production. Was great to get a text from him letting me know that the car was in early and what time would work best for me to come get the car. We came after work at 7pm and were driving the car off the lot in about an hour! More

Best Car Buying Experience! Like most people,for me buying a car is a painful experience, with all the numerous calls from dealerships and sales associates. I was though pleasa Like most people,for me buying a car is a painful experience, with all the numerous calls from dealerships and sales associates. I was though pleasantly surprised when I Shayne WIlson got back to me on my True Car inquiry. He was polite and respectful and despite me not being able to make it for a test drive for a few weeks, he was ready to show me the Honda Civic Hatchback LX I was interested in and go for a test drive. Shayne put me under no sales pressure after my test drive and was genuinely interested in what I wanted to do. I wanted to try out the EX and I told him that I would go to another dealer for a test drive since ODonnell did not have the EX available then. My test drive of the EX at the other dealership was as bad as it could be with the relentless sales pressure and time wastage to just get a quote. I contacted Shayne after and he was more than willing to beat the offer from the other dealership on the LX model. I went in and the paperwork was a breeze. Shayne was attentive and saved me a couple of bucks by transferring my tags. Rajiv, the finance manager was also great to deal with. The interaction with Shayne made me realize that car buying can be a hassle free and actually an enjoyable experience and I'll definitely be coming back to purchase the next car for my family at O'Donnell Honda! Our test drive was just my husband and me, so we could have candid conversations about the product, rather than feel pressured by an associate. When we decided to buy, Stan talked numbers up front so we agreed on the price in a matter of minutes. We definitely felt like we got a deal, but it was absolutely hassle-free. We've been to a number of other dealers that claim our stated-up-front price was perfect, made us sign papers and sit around for hours, and then told us we needed to pay more. This was not the case at all! Financing was a breeze and we drove my brand new car off the showroom floor!! It honestly could not have been a better experience, and we spent the rest of the day celebrating instead of feeling like the sales people took advantage of us. I've purchased all of my cars through O'Donnell as has my mom before me. The service here is unbeatable! More
