Actually, less than one-star . .. service department is untrustworthy based on our experience: (1) They recommended a new serpentine belt when one was purchased less than a year ea .. service department is untrustworthy based on our experience: (1) They recommended a new serpentine belt when one was purchased less than a year earlier at the same dealership. (2) They refused to do a wheel alignment despite having made an appointment for one. They'd only do it if we bought 4-new tires for almost $1,000. The tires had plenty of tread left (confirmed later at Coleman Honda who performed the wheel alignment with no problem whatsoever). (3) They gave us a higher price for brake rotors than that offered by other service advisors at this very dealership. Lost our TRUST in O'Donnell Honda Service Department, especially their Service Department Manager (score ZERO). It's almost as if they want to take advantage of seniors. More

When I got my car there was one issue on driver side window. I went there and they fixed it. But later on I couldnt open or close passenger side window, from driver side master switch and I got some rec window. I went there and they fixed it. But later on I couldnt open or close passenger side window, from driver side master switch and I got some recalls letter from Honda. I wanted appointment from O Donnell Honda service for my recalls, they didn't give me. So I had to find another Honda service. Today I went there, and they found the problem and fixed it.when O'Donnel service fixed driver side window they did not update the software, and I had to pay 300$ for fix passenger side window issue. More
