Polite, personable and quick. I didn't care for my salesman "Sheek". I asked 3 times for same day delivery and he said no, couldn't be done. The financial guy had only 45 minutes left before closing and made arrangements to get the vehicle the same day. I can't say enough good about the finance guy who did all my paperwork and got me the loan approval with TFS. He and the cleanup guy for the vehicle went out of their way to make me happy. I came back to get the navigation setup and Pedro Alpalhao wasn't my salesperson, was just passing by and stopped to see if he could help. He came out and setup the navigation for me! I was very impressed with everyone and their helpfulness, except for Sheek. More
