Recent Experience Initially I was quoted a price for a new car on line using the TrueCar pricing service but when I got to the dealership that was not the real price.Af Initially I was quoted a price for a new car on line using the TrueCar pricing service but when I got to the dealership that was not the real price.After much haggling I was able able to agree on a competitive price. Apparently the internet price is really meant to get you into the dealership and it’s not a true price. I’m surprised that the ownership would continue to do business in this deceptive manner. More

Disappointing This past Sunday, I went in for an oil change (and also got new wipers) and I was there for over two and one half hours. The service people were nice This past Sunday, I went in for an oil change (and also got new wipers) and I was there for over two and one half hours. The service people were nice but the service took too long - considering the work I had done and that there was only one other person in the waiting room when I got there! I was disappointed. More
