The first time I came here was to have a tire looked at, I was told that I needed a new tire. I got a 2nd opinion, a plug for the tire, and it lasted another yr/30,000 miles (basically until I sold my car). I was told that I needed a new tire. Foolishly, I went back to this dealership after searching for car I wanted and finding they carried. I went in just to look at the car, and the smooth talking sales person talked me into trading my car for their car. I know- it was my fault for making the decision, but I thought it was a good deal until I realized I paid way too much for the car, and lost a ton on my trade in! Then I brought the car back in to have the sticker put on-they said it had no issues. within 2 weeks of buying the car, it had trouble starting-the staff were reluctant to help with this and pretty rude! Also, I signed up for a service contract for $1,100 and was told I would be mailed the details for the service. I still have not received this and it's been 6 weeks! I leave messages and never get a call back from anyone there. I would not recommend Boch Toyota of North Attleboro! I found their service to be dishonest and rude. More
We were just shopping for a car and the salesman was very friendly and helpful. When we decided we just wanted a brochure and be on our way the trouble began. They made us wait and then the saleman came ba friendly and helpful. When we decided we just wanted a brochure and be on our way the trouble began. They made us wait and then the saleman came back empty handed and made us have a seat. Why should we need to sit down to get a brochure? Well they needed to collect some information from us. Then they needed us to wait while they entered the data. We sat there for fifteen to twenty minutes. When we got fed up and began to leave, the salesman came over with his card, but no brochure. His explanation was that they needed to enter our data and it was incomplete. I have since written to the dealership and gotten no response. More
2004 Camry with 35,800 miles. Went in with knock in steering. Ended up after two visits with having brakes replaced, shock bushings replaced, drive shaft replaced, wheels alligned and tired balanced, steering. Ended up after two visits with having brakes replaced, shock bushings replaced, drive shaft replaced, wheels alligned and tired balanced, ALL covered under warranty. Also had normal 36,000 maintenance work done that cost $400 (high), that included fluid changes, filter changes. First guy was not very cooperative, but Mike took a special interest on a Friday night to have car road tested by mechanic and get work done properly. Two visits and car seems to be back to all better. Mike was friendly and showed genuine concern for getting my car working properly for me. More
I have been a customer of this dealer since 1999. Their sales practices, and the post sales services have always been impecable, well done, right-priced, timely, corteous, and very respectful. The talk to me like a valued customer and respect every decision I made about the purchase, my decision to buy or not to buy, and I have never needed to return to get issues fixed for a second time. I have bought my car and the cars of around 12 family members in this dealer, and they all have been very nice cars, with an impressing well done pre-sale, post-sale and service. More
