It seems Boch has strived for better customer service and I am feeling the pleasant effects of their efforts. First Toyota bought and last. This is the worse experience of any that ever had. Today I received my first free oil change and it took 1.5hrs to get the car and then the car sat out for another 15 experience of any that ever had. I had already been to another dealership and had driven a 2010 Camry XLE and had already received pricing from them. I had already done my homework through Kelly Bluebook and Edmunds.com, so I thought this 2010 Camry XLE and had already received pricing from them. I had already done my homework through Kelly Bluebook and Edmunds.com, so I thought this would be quick. Although Robert was pleasant, his price wasn't what I expected. When I counter offered another price, he said he would have to talk to his manager. He came back with a another price, but not enough to entice me to buy. We went back and forth with pricing until he said he could go only so low and would have to talk to his manager. The sales manager came over and was a bully in every sense of the word. He said the this was the best he could do, because of his retail price, and if I wanted this price I would have to give him my credit card now to make a deposit on the car. I said I didn't carry my credit card with me and he said he could take my debit card. I said I did not want to give him my debit card and I again said no, I didn't get paid until Friday. I wanted to go home and think about this and said I would call Robert with my credit card number if I was interested. The manager was not pleased, but I had enough with his condescending tone and his bullying tactics. I went back to the dealership I originally went to - Bristol Toyota in RI - who was $400.00 higher but also included a remote starter, and made Boch's ending price higher. When I got home, Robert from Boch's called and asked if I would come in if he offered me $1000.00 less than he offered before. I said no, because after reading all the Boch bad reviews, I was glad I made the decision I did. The service I received just now from Bristol Toyota was like a breath of fresh air. No bullying, a great price, and they had no problems with waiting for me to get my credit card not to mention the AWESOME reviews. It's well worth the drive to Bristol. The salesman was second to none - Steven Axtell and his manager Brian was everything and more that a salesman and a sales manager should be. Stay away from Boch! More
I called them and spoke w/ a BDC and negotiated the price of the RAV4 Ltd model 4452 over the phone. I spoke w/ ED and gave the deposit over the phone and drove there to see the vehicle. I brought all my paperwork for my CARS deal sat down with finance. Everything looked good I was really happy with the price that was quoted. I needed for the clunkers program to start this week and I would be ready to pick up my new SUV. There were some issues but the people were great in resolving the issues. Somethings could have been done in a better way. Overall I am pleased with everything and would recommend them to others. I would just say do the homework first and get the internet quote first. I would definitely buy another car from them or recommend them to family and friends. I drove home my new car today and I am happy. The finance manager Charles Ronga was really helpful and understanding. More
I received an internet price for their BDC on A 2009 Highlander. We went in to close the deal. After agreeing on price of the SUV and the trade-in the sales manager comes over and tells us that they now Highlander. We went in to close the deal. After agreeing on price of the SUV and the trade-in the sales manager comes over and tells us that they now can't do the deal when we handed over the credit card to put the deposit down on the deal. All this after 2 hours of working with the sales managers. I literally had my pen in hand to sign the paperwork, and had already completed some of the purchace papers. We were a cash sale and had another sale with us on another new car. We walked out and never heard from them again. They lost 2 sales that day, and I'll never return. We had a deal, and they backed out when it was time to seal it. Apparantly they would give us a great 'cash' price if we'd finance and they'd make up the difference on the backend. The sales person was good, it's the sales MANAGERS that you need to look out for there. They do enough volume that they figure that somebody else will come in and get suckered into one of their (customer unfriendly) deals. More
I will be picking up my new 2009 Camry on Monday. So far so good. They worked with me on a lease that I was over the miles with. I don't feel that I got a steal but from shopping around I did get the best d so good. They worked with me on a lease that I was over the miles with. James and Tim were very helpful and willing to bend a little to get me and my family into the car we wanted. I will update this review after I take delievery. At this point I would recommend Boch. I went to the dealerhsip to purchase a new vehicle, and I was greeted by the salesperson Don and the Sales Manager Tim Strom. They made my buying experience extremely easy and I didn't feel pressured like ot was greeted by the salesperson Don and the Sales Manager Tim Strom. We went in specifically looking for a Corolla. My mom had just bought one and we knew how much she had paid. We worked with a dealer and she was very helpful and friendly, I really liked her a lot. They looked at my trade and were willing to give me a pretty fair trade in value. We took a test drive and we really liked the car, she gave us an offer and we went home to think about it because it seemed hi to me. Then we get on dealerrater and read some other reports and decided to try another dealer. I am really glad we did because we paid $2000 less for a higher end model of the car with more features that the car we were looking at in Acton. Everyone was really friendly to us in Attleboro, but I don't feel like we would have gotten a fair deal. More
