Was fine at first, but had some concerns. I was disappointed today after speaking to Clayton from financing yesterday when he called and asked if I could come in to turn in paperwork because I was disappointed today after speaking to Clayton from financing yesterday when he called and asked if I could come in to turn in paperwork because he is off on Wednesday. I said fine. When I went to Boch, asked the receptionist to contact someone from financing, she made a call. No one came. Twenty minutes later and not saying a word to me, I went to the back to ask for assistance. I found that Clayton wasn't in. Someone else helped me. When I handed him the paperwork, he said the title for the trade-in was not valid. Then told me that Boch could take care of the title for $150.00 and I could still pick up the car tomorrow. The RMV charges $25.00, but it would take almost two weeks. I realize this is their policy, but I was still upset, especially since I just closed the deal on a new Rav 4. Receptionist not very pleasant. Nicholas was great in helping me get the title application forms to have my wife sign. I went back home to wait until my wife came home from work, she signed the papers, and I returned to Boch to give the paperwork. Again, the receptionist seemed pissed off, or maybe this is her demeanor all the time. Customer service below par. More

Average I brought my 09 Corolla in for the airbag recall. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. It took them 3 hours. Kind of a long time to be sitting around....I think. The Service and level of courtesy was average. If you have to bring your car in for service it’s a hundred and thirty five bucks an hour. More
