I previously lease a vehicle through Boch Toyota South. They had unfortunately (aka) messed up some agreements on the final contract. This was a major disappoint for my first lease experience. I felt like I was stuck with a vehicle that would have been saddening to me. So with my disappointment I went in with my money to buy it outright, due to some major fees that I would have enquired. But let me tell you this, Savanh short for his respected name Vongsavanh; was very respectful as soon as I walked in, although that was expected when walking into this dealership. Sat me down with no pressure and asked why I wanted to buy it. In frustration I told him that I didn’t want to lease a new car and just wanted to buy the car. So Savanh said ok and went to get a finance manager. The manager asked why I didn’t want to lease a new car, so I told him why and we discussed some major issues I experienced with the prior lease. While we talked back and forth, Savanh sat there very politely and was not intruding at all, as if he was on my side of the conversation. Savanh also at the end explained my case and wanted to rectify my prior dissatisfied experience. Let me tell you this, He more then exceeded all my expectation’s. He is a friendly, down to earth person who talked to me as if I was his friend. I belive he is the perfect representative of who Boch Toyota South should strive for. I ended up leasing a new Toyota 2012 Corolla Le. with confidence I was honored with our agreement. I will definitely return to do business with this dealership at the end lease, and hopefully Savanh would be there still to greet me through the door, and would not be surprised if he was a supervisor to grow that satisfaction with other customers. I went into Boch Toyota South looking for a new Prius because of the rise in gas prices. Of course like everyone else, you have to be skeptical about the car salesmen that approach you trying to sell you because of the rise in gas prices. Of course like everyone else, you have to be skeptical about the car salesmen that approach you trying to sell you a car to make a quick buck. I did not experience this at all at Boch Toyota South. I was able to walk about the lot and enter the building without a hassle. As soon as I entered the building i was immediatly greated with a smile and a handshake from Vongsavahn (pronounced Savaughn). He asked what he could help with and I told him what I was looking for and how I was not interested in buying the car that day. He did not seem to mind or blow me off like all the other dealerships I went to. He politely asked if I would like to sit down and discuss options at his desk and how he could answer any question I had. He gave me a fresh water and we talked for about 10 minutes along with giving me the Prius's booklet and his card. I then left to come back another day. Let me just say that i absolutly went back to Vongsavahn a week later to buy a car from him. Not only does he have a great smile, he is not pushy about anything at all and does not try to sell you things you dont want or need. I told him exactly what I wanted and he was able to give it to me. He did however have to have my car shipped form Japen since they didnt have the Prius in the dark gray color. But he did follow up with me atleast twice a week while the car was on its way, just as a reminder that I was not forgoten about. He was by far the most polite car salesman I have ever met and made buying a car really simple and stress free. I would highly recomend Vongsavahn to anyone looking to buy a car at Boch toyota south. He made it simple and my entire family agreed that he was the most sincer salesmen we have ever delt with. So, thank you Vongsavahn, I know youre probably reading this. More

The service was great shawn called me to follow up with me to see if i was still interested until i finally was able to make it because I live in CT.
