I recently went to Boch Toyota South and my sales associate Michael Giguere was extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping us find the right car(s) for my family. We met with Michael twice and the first time I told him we were not ready to buy a car as we were just starting the exploration process and wanted to test drive other vehicles. He understood and was very accommodating to answer any and all questions we had regarding Toyota, with none of the pushiness that you sometimes associate with car salesmen. Needless to say after a few weeks of looking at other vehicles we decided to come back to Boch Toyota South. Really for two reasons first because we liked the Toyota product over the other vehicles we drove and secondly because of our experience with Mike. As for the other important component of price, we went through the negotiations together and again I felt the whole process was professional and very fair and reasonable as we were able to put together a deal for two vehicles. We ended up purchasing a 2012 Camry and a 2012 Highlander. We have a 2 year old daughter and it is not easy to try and purchase new cars with a 2 year old running around. So to make it more convenient my wife and child stayed home, while I was going through the paperwork process. When we were finalizing all the paperwork instead of having my wife drive back with my daughter to the dealership to sign the necessary documents, Michael offered to drive to my house so my wife could sign them there. This was a huge convenience that they did not have to do, especially during the busy time of Memorial Day weekend. From the sales manager Fayiz when closing on the vehicles right down to the finance manager Charles Ronga and other sales associates, all the employees that I had contact with at Boch South were very professional and accommodating. I have purchased many cars from different dealers before but I have to say that at Boch Toyota South has been my best experience by far from start to finish. I would most certainly use and recommend Boch Toyota South again when purchasing my next vehicles and will be asking specifically for Michael Giguere to help with my purchase. More

Although I planned to buy a new car, but not expected to get the deal at this visit. One of the main reason was that Savanh was very friendly during the entire negotiation process.
