I first contacted Boch Toyota South about my interest in trading in my Saturn Ion 2007 for a Scion TC. They urged me to come in for an appointment that same day. Ryan was very helpful and showed extensive interest in my satisfaction with the car as well as the service. Upon discussing numbers and financing options, the Scion did not seem like a reality anymore. The monthly payments were far out of my budget, but Ryan assured me that he would do whatever he could to keep me happy. He spoke with the Manager, Faiyz, about the situation, and Faiyz went above and beyond to accommodate both my feelings and the payments to fit my budget. After going back and forth in my decision for about a week, I came to a decision and finally got the car I wanted! Ryan Porter and Faiyz could not have been more helpful and friendly!
