My Boch Toyota South is a dealership that all other dealerships can learn how to sell a car... even if it's not the one you exactly went there for. My wife had a 10 year old Grand Marquis, with only 70K miles, but had a fender bender 2 months prior. Mechanically it was a sound car, but having had experiences with Mercury vehicles in the past, and myself needing a truck/suv for my hunting trips, I start searching suitable vehicles online. My goal was to find something used but not more than 3 years old, low mileage and of course all wheel drive under $15K. No truck, SUV or crossover fit into the specs, but a 2011 Subaru Impreza Hatchback, 18K miles and under $15K I found at Boch Toyota South's website. I decided to at least check it out and see if it's big enough. I called them and talked to Justin (JC) and as any salesman would do, he asked me to "come on down" and see it myself. So my wife and I went down. The car was waiting for us in front of the entry, strategically placed so we'd see it :) JC came out and welcomed us. My initial impression of the car was "No way. I can not carry a deer carcass with this shoe box". But the deal was so good, I had to think about it. I needed to replace an old problem and here was an AWD, gorgeous car in front of me. I test drove it and it rode and sounded good. I told my concerns to JC and just out of curiosity, I asked what would my monthly payments be and how much they'd give to our old car. He came back with a $2000 trade for the car (not bad, really), $900 down and $280/month for 72 months. Again, not a bad picture, better than our second car. But the hunting was still a concern in my mind so I told JC that we'd think about it. Of course, if you ever go to a dealer, and the salesperson senses you are about to walk out of the door, they try their best to change your mind. I totally understand that, and have nothing against it, since this is their livelihood. So he brought Ben to talk to us. Ben asked us if we'd buy the Subaru if he gave $3000 for the Mercury, I said no... What if $4000? I said no and explained him it's not the deal, but that I had reservations about the Subaru fulfilling our needs. He didn't insist more but I told him if we changed our mind, I'd hold him for his offer. So we left the dealership while another couple were checking out the same car. Of course being an internet junkie (web design is my business), I start searching reviews, complaints about the Subaru, called a friend who owned one, compared it with other good deals out there and it turned out Boch Toyota South truly had the best deal. So 2 days later we decided to go back there, with set limits: no money down, $4000 for our car and less than $250/month. JC and Ben helped us to fill out the application and necessary forms for transfers and such, than we were transferred to Pablo, in the finance. He not only got us the best rate beyond our expectation, but it also was including a 6 year, 0 deductible extended warranty, and GAP coverage. They valued our old car $3400 (more than KBB value) and the whole process was fast and smooth. These guys treated us not like family, but as respectable customers, which every business should do. They understood and respected our needs, our decisions, and they didn't pressure us more than necessary. JC was very kind and courteous, while Ben's business smarts to put a temptation in our head and Pablo's dealing with the finance company to get us the best option is an A+++ business in my book. More

I bought that Highlander at Boch South 4 years ago and always had great service . Professional , friendly service people are one of the important areas I look for in selecting a dealership. Boch south has that and their new service bay area is state of the art with friendly staff. We were introduced to our salesperson , Rene LaPaz , and we proceeded to explain our interests to him. Rene listened attentively as we explained what we were looking for. Rene was friendly and answered all our questions in a professional manner. He made us feel very comfortable while we were trying to make our decision. Rene gave us some options of Highlanders to test drive. We chose one and after our test ride we decided that we were very interested in that car. Rene answered all our questions as I test drove the car. There is newer technology in the 2014 compared to the 2010. Rene answered our questions about our trade in . He worked fairly with us to give us the best price for our trade in and a good price on the new Highlander. We came to a mutual agreement without feeling pressured or hassled. I liked that about Boch South .Rene gave us a tour of the new state of the art facility. Every employee we met along the way was friendly and courteous. The service department is extensive and we were introduced to the staff who were pleasant too. The two year service warranty is a nice addition and working with the service department should be as nice as it was for the past four years. The waiting rooms, quiet or tv rooms were impressive. There were free snacks and beverages for those waiting and also a Café where you can buy some lunch style items. Overall, I would highly recommend Boch South . When I picked up my car yesterday , Rene went over every item in the car and helped me set up some of the new tech with my Iphone and Sirius radio. I bought my first car from Boch and I would highly recommend them again. Keep Rene LaPaz in mind when you visit Boch south for your next car. More
Wish I had gone to Boch years ago!! After doing a lot of research on small SUV/Crossovers, I was really tossed between the Mazda CX-5 Touring and the RAV-4 XLE. My current car After doing a lot of research on small SUV/Crossovers, I was really tossed between the Mazda CX-5 Touring and the RAV-4 XLE. My current car was a Mazda and I wanted to stay Mazda as my Mazda 3 treated me very well for 6 years. However I left all options open. On 4-19-14, we stopped in after testing a KIA Sportage (ugh) we took the RAV-4 out. Before we even stepped into the car Lam explained all the features inside and out before even starting the car. Let me say this went miles as the KIA salesman could have cared less we were even there let alone point out any features. So we took the test drive, informing Lam that was all we were doing that day as we still wanted to try the Mazda, which I was saving for last as I thought the Mazda would have been our last stop and final destination. I could not have been more wrong. We test drove the CX-5 on 4-26-14 and although it was a very hard leaving the Mazda behind, I thought, why am I going to want the Mazda which was front wheel drive, no sunroof, no heated mirrors, no dual climate control, no cargo cover, and no two years maintenance. I thought hello dummy, get over to Toyota and get that RAV-4 with all those features for the same price. We headed straight to Boch directly from Mazda's lot. Having Lam as our salesperson, was priceless. I am very glad we ran into him when we first took our test drive. He was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and looked after our best interests. We were so comfortable with Lam, it was like a friend of ours was selling the car to us. Not once did we feel pressured at all. Once negotiations were over, he handed us over to Charles in finance who explained everything to us, all sorts of optional ways of financing the vehicle and came up with something that worked for us. Charles was very pleasant, easy going, and just nice to talk to. Sunday came to pickup the car, Lam gave us a complete tour of the entire facility, which was beyond anything I had ever seen. The sheer size, the cleanliness, etc.. are indescribable. Once the car was done with detailing we once again went over every nook and cranny of that vehicle. When Lam was putting my license plate on, he had noticed a large, deep scratch on the rear lift gate, which made him mad, as the detailers did not inform him of this. He went a got some touch-up paint for us, but then decided, NO, the detailers should fix this. So he brought the car back for them to fix the scratch, but it was too deep. He has arranged for me to go in on Wednesday, while the paint-pro is there to get it rectified. He told us if I had any problems with anyone to call his cell phone and he would talk to whoever he would need to to make it right. Overall this was the best experience I have ever had by far at any dealership, and I have bought four new cars in my life from four different makes. We already have Lam in our sights for when my wife's car needs replacing, which I hope he will still be there. (Hold onto him, he's a keeper!!) Internet sales manager sent me a great offer. I show up at the dealership after being in daily contact with them and it's sold. If the deal ever really did exist they should have at the very least informe at the dealership after being in daily contact with them and it's sold. This was the first time I had bought a car through a dealership and wasn't really sure what to expect. I was leary of the stereotypical salesman tricks. When we first met Lam, I knew we had a great salesman to work with. He was so friendly, genuine and honest with us. He was so helpful during the entire process, from the test drive to signing the papers. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. We also worked with Pablo for the finance portion and he was great to us too. He made sure to describe everything to us and made sure there were no surprises. Once again, I would highly recommend Boch Toyota South to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. More
