Our salesman, Lam Nguyen was helpful, knowledgeable, and overall just a fun gentleman... he made the process as low-pressure as possible. When another dealer called me and offered a much better on-the-spot price, Boch couldn't match the price but wished us well with the other dealer, no strings or quarrels. Long story short, the salesmen and managers at the other dealership made several mistakes in processing our sale that belied a fundamental lack of knowledge/experience of the car and their own terms of sale. In the end, we decided we would be okay paying a bit more to have the confidence, comfort, and knowledge provided by Lam and the rest of the team at Boch Toyota South. We would highly recommend them for anyone considering a new Toyota. More

Poor sales and service, do not shop here! Purchased my car here and as soon as the sale was final they wanted nothing to do with me. My car had some minor issues I wanted taken care of and Purchased my car here and as soon as the sale was final they wanted nothing to do with me. My car had some minor issues I wanted taken care of and they did not want to cover ANYTHING. Even though the car was "certified" and I also purchased an extra warranty/insurance through financing, they still did not want to help me. They told me nothing was covered. All the certified and extra insurance are scams. To top it off they wanted me to leave my car overnight and make me PAY for a rental car. I ended up bringing somewhere else where I got much better service. More

Tony was very polite, greeted us immediately upon walking in and showed us to his desk. He showed us a video on his computer while he went to get the truck we were interested in off of the lot. He was very informative, listening carefully to all of our questions and answering them articulately. He showed us the service center, which was clean and quite impressive. The test drive was great, despite the rain, and as we were waiting to settle everything, he offered us beverages and asked if we needed anything. The entire experience of buying the Tacoma was positive and I would recommend this dealership highly to anyone who asks.
