First, the BDC team was incredible at Boch Toyota South. I emailed for a quote on the 2014 Toyota Highlander XLE and got a response right away from Meghan. She gave me the information I needed, including the fact that while the inventory was very low they had some vehicles incoming. After visiting other Toyota dealerships closer to home, I could not get a quote on the vehicle anywhere as close to Boch Toyota South's quote. The fact that Meghan was so responsive on the phone and on email was fantastic. After finding us an incoming vehicle with the right color combination, we agreed to come in the next morning to put down a deposit. When we arrive, Meghan greets us and introduces us to Mark Nelson who would be our salesman. (I guess the BDC team are hourly/salary workers not based on commission and the salesmen are the ones who get commission on any sales. I'd have to guess the BDC team gets some sort of kickbacks or bonuses for how many people they can get brought in though.) Mark was helpful in explaining the rest of the process: 1) we put down a deposit for the car, 2) come back when car arrives and test drive it to make sure we want it, 3) if we decide we want it, then do financing, 4) come back to pick up car after it's registered and inspected. Everything seemed on the up and up, and while the quote was the lowest around, I did try to get a few other items thrown in but with no avail. So we put the deposit down and wait for the car to arrive. (We were told Monday or Wednesday of the following week.) I get impatient by Wednesday morning and I email Meghan to get Mark's info (I didn't have it in front of me) and I get a response rather quickly from Meghan's boss who informs me that Meghan is out, however my car is indeed at the dealership. I try to reach out to Mark to setup a time that night to look at the car but it takes me multiple emails and phone calls before I get a hold of him and to confirm the car is actually there. We make an appointment for 6pm. Now this is the only part of our experience that was a bit sour. We arrive before six with our toddler son. We sit down and feed him dinner and Mark tells us to take our time. I go on the test drive with Mark while my wife hangs back with our son. The test drive goes very smoothly and when we get back to the dealership, we both decide we like it enough to move forward. Mark tells us he's off to get the finance guy and we wait...and wait...and wait. For over an hour we are waiting with a toddler who is very near his bedtime. And honestly, our son was behaving very well, not screaming or crying, but enjoying the dealership and like walking/running around the cars. I track down Mark to see what the problem is, and he tells me the finance guy we are suppose to meet is busy right now. I tell him I can work with any finance person, I don't really care. This is the main crux of the problem: we made an appointment and were there on time. If we just walked in and had to wait, then I could understand. What's the point of making a freaking appointment then? After being told it'll only be a few more minutes, we keep waiting...and waiting...and waiting, until the front desk people ask us if we need help. I tell them the situation, and they go get Mark who then lets us get seen by a different finance person. Once in the finance room, we spend maybe 30 minutes and we are all done. This is what I don't get. It was so quick and painless once we were seen, why did it take so long and why did we have to wait for one specific person? If we had an appointment, why was that person working with someone else? If we were a no-show, I could understand, but we were on time (actually early!) Anyway, after that we were all set. We had to come back a couple of days later to pick up and that went very smoothly. Mark showed us the car and went over some features with the help of another salesman who was more technically inclined that showed us all the phone connections,etc. Mark explained all the items for service and warranty and everything else, gave us our keys and that was it. Overall I'd say it was a decent experience. I'd recommend Boch Toyota South mainly for their BDC team and for their prices. Then again, I knew what car I exactly wanted (trim, options, etc) and was basically an easy customer for the salesman. No need to convince me or negotiate with me, since I already did that at other dealerships. Maybe I was expecting too much just because we had an appointment, but having to wait for over an hour to do the financing seems ridiculous. More
On Thursday, February 27, I arrived at the dealership early and shown around. Lam was my salesperson who was very friendly and considerate. I had been in an accident a few weeks before so there were a few issues I had to deal with which had nothing to do with the dealership, just things that needed to be straightened before hand. Everyone worked very hard to help me get through it. Lam took me on a long test drive which was both highway and rural so I would get the feel of the vehicle I was looking at. Even though I was there all day Lam checked on me and kept me updated on the progress of the lease status. All in all the experience was pleasant and relatively painless. I would definitely return to this dealership and will recommend it to friends and family. Susan More
My overall leasing experience was excellent and very easy, painless. Lam went out his way to accomodate my mom with her new Toyota. I buy or lease at least 1 vehicle a year, i must say, it was refreshing to have a car dealer make my latest purchase a walk in the park! Kudos to Lam and his manager. More

Could not have been a more pleasant or beneficial experience!! I've writen this review a few times, as there are so many postive things to write, however I will try to condense. First, if you are reading this review, I highly, highly recommend that you consider doing business with Boch Toyota South in North Attleboro, MA. The reasons are many, but here goes with my experience. My father leased a 2013 Toyota Corolla in April of 2013, approximately 3 weeks later he suffered a major stroke, which took away his ability to walk, drive, etc. In hopes of a recovery, I continued to make the monthly payments for his lease. It became apparent in January 2014, things were not improving. At this point, all of his Social Security, savings, etc, was being taken by the State. I tried to explain to the Nursing Home, State, etc. that I was obligated to pay these bills for him. Clearly, they were not concerned. I contacted Toyota's CS Department, and was told nothing could be done. As a last ditch effort I called the dealership in North Attleboro. A salesperson by the name of Ian, who I've never met nor spoken with, seemed to take a genuine interest in my situation. He said to come down to discuss a lease *buyback*. I was impressed after that one call. When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Benjamin Overton. After explaining my situation, Benjamin discussed all the options available, and was genuinely concerned and interested in helping me. It was clear I was not there to purchase a vehicle, however I was treated with extreme respect. Benjamin spent considerable time, going over every possible option with me, however, there was still a difference of approximately $1500 that I could not come up with. Please note the offer I was given for the buyback was very generous although it was not the full amount. I left that night thinking I was stuck. I did not want to ruin my Dad's credit. He has always been very conciencious of his credit. You may say, why worry at that point, well he did. I contacted Toyota again via email 3 weeks later after coming up with no solutions. The next day, on a Sunday, I recieved 4 phone calls from Toyota.. did I mention it was the next day..on a Sunday?? Keep in mind, these people, this dealership, had nothing to gain by helping me, what dealership wants to buy back a leased vehicle and take a loss on it.. not many. John Franco, the General Manager of Boch Toyota South contacted me and stated he was going to buy back the vehicle for the complete amount, and hoped this helped. Shortly after, Rolando called me, stating the same thing. I was shocked. On Monday, Rolando and I made arrangements for me to return the vehicle the next day, Tuesday, Feb 11th. On Tuesday, I recieved a phone call from Benjamin Overton. He left me a message and stated how happy he was that they could do this for me, he hoped it relieved some of the stress I was going through, and was ecstatic they could take the vehicle off my hands with no ill effect on my Dads credit. I'm serious when I say Benjamin sounded happier than I can explain in words. The problem I had was getting a ride back home from the dealership, once again, Benjamin came through, told me not to worry and that he would have someone drive me home. Again, please remember this dealership, salespeople, and sales manager have nothing to gain from this, I was floored. I arrived at the dealership late, due to cleaning out the car, etc. Benjamin made a very difficult situation extremely stress free, I lost count of all the times he said *Don't worry about anything*. It came time to leave, since it was so late, Benjamin gave me a ride home to the other salespeople could go home. He even took the time to warm up his car as it was very cold. Keep in mind Benjamin, Mr. Overton, does not live close to where I needed to go, it was in the opposite direction. I could go on and on about how helpful, kind, and genuine Benjamin was. It was a pleasure meeting him, and all the others I named. Benjamin went well above and beyond any expectations I had about this situation. Frankly, I'm still in shock. And regarding Mr. John Franco, General Manager of Boch Toyota South, making the decision to buy back this vehicle in full, is just amazing, and I'm beyond grateful. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know, and when it is time to purchase a new vehicle, I know I will be going to this dealership. I hope Toyota realizes what great employees Benjamin Overton, John Franco, and the others I stated above. Thank you again to all of you!!! More

Therefore, if I can save thousands of dollars by traveling over the Rhode Island Border to get a better deal, it makes perfect sense. I go to KBB.COM to get an internet quote prior to purchasing. Boch Toyota gave us the Best Quote out of All the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Dealers. I had a question about my dad's recent car purchase several months after the sale and Benjamin Overton, Sales Manager gave me such a positive response that I assured him I will be buying my future cars from Boch Toyota, and I will be telling my friends and family of the high level of Professionalism even after the sale is over. Many car dealerships give you Smoke and Mirrors with deceitful advertising or even Bogus Price Quotes to get you in the door and then con you into buying a car at an inflated price. If you see an advertisement or receive a price quote from Boch Toyota, you can be Guaranteed Boch will stand behind the quote and not have a teaser price as a form of Bait and Switch. We live 3 hours away, We were interested in a used 2010 Sienna, I am Disabled and Have Difficulties S Sylvestre, in Finance, They Were Awesome.. !!! We live 3 hours away, We were interested in a used 2010 Sienna, I am Disabled and Have Difficulties Sitting for any periods of time. They worked with us by Holding the Van till we could arrive that day & Had the van up on a lift for our inspection, They then placed the car in a heated garage for us to look the rest of the van over, We (Wife & I) Took the van for a nice test drive, After which we were allowed to think & chat, about the vehicle and any concerns, All of which was amazingly easy, & Non Pressured !! Very Important, Our Salesman went way above & beyond, to make us comfortable & allow us to move at our own pace.. Once we decided to buy, He introduced us to the Finance Manager, Whom also went above & beyond, and help us through choosing financing and any other options, working with us on pricing & rates & ETC..
