If you test drive one that you dont like then they will except your reponse and wont commit to a sale untill you find the car that you like. Gene Barnett is very nice and will show you all the features of your car before you drive it off the lot. If any one needs a a car I always tell them too go to North Town Mazda. Tom Hinken will always put a smile on your face before you drive away in your new, or used car. More

When I got hail damage on my car a couple weeks ago, My Allstate insurance (Marshall) office sent out an adjuster. After he finished his estimate and recommended that I go to the dealership for the body work, I went back to Northtowne and Gene Barnett. I was crestfallen. Even after getting the body work done, I would be driving a car that had been taken apart and put back together again. Gene helped me into the exact same model car (same color) a year newer but an automatic instead of a standard. And my payments only increased a skoosh. He and Tim McGeeney (the manager...?) helped me finish the paperwork and the same day I drove home in a brand new car. Thanks and I will always recommend both Mazda, Northtowne Mazda, and Gene. He gave us the facts and wanted us to get the best car that was right for us and our budget. He was available via phone and email and we appreciated his patience. Rude helped us on the day of our most recent purchase. He was very personable and took great care of us. Tim was amazing as always. On both purchases, they've stayed late to make sure we're taken care of. We live 10 minutes from another Mazda dealership and drive about an hour to Northtowne because they have the best customer service. More

Quick and Easy I live in Johnson County so I would never go north of the river to shop for a car. I became frustrated with the largest Mazda dealer in south Kansas City whom I had visited and been emailing for about 10 days and was not able to make a deal. Northtowne Mazda had the CX-9 Signature I was looking for so I emailed them. Tom Hinken responded immediately and sent me a credit app which I returned immediately. Tom then emailed a lease proposal right back. No BS, no bait and switch and no up selling, only just what I had asked for with one suggestion on his part that reduced my payment $25/mo. I emailed him back that he had a deal if there were no surprises. I told Tom I had driven my car to work so I would need to find a ride to Northtowne to drive my new car home. He said I didn't need to find a ride he would send a salesman, Jason Chandler, 20 miles to pick me up. Jason came right over and got me in another CX-9 and had me drive it back so he could teach me about all the new and amazing technology the car had to offer. I got to the dealership and signed papers with Tim McGreeney, their finance specialist. The whole experience could not have been easier or gone smoother. I'm 63 years old and have purchased probably 20 cars in my life time. It doesn't get any better than this. I drove home in my new CX-9 that afternoon with a full tank of gas and a certificate for a free first oil change. I'm so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and contacted Northtowne Mazda. Don't buy a Mazda with out contacting Northtowne. I want to assure you that I'm not related to, have never met and don't know anybody affiliated with this dealership. The Greatest Guys in the Car Selling Business ! I was looking to trade in my car and buy a new Mazda SUV and called Northtowne owner that I have known for 36 years and bought many cars from him. H I was looking to trade in my car and buy a new Mazda SUV and called Northtowne owner that I have known for 36 years and bought many cars from him. He had Tom Hinken call me and the fun started. He is the sales manager for Mazda and was great to work with. Tom knows a lot about Mazda and was easy work with answering my questions, showing the difference between leasing and buying and I was treated no different because I am a woman. Once I made up my mind what I wanted Tom had me do a test drive with "Mr. let me explain the features of the car" Mike Schwally. He also treated me equal to a man and was very informative about the car and fun to ride with. We practically had all the world's problems solved when got back to the lot. Then Tim McGeeney completed the paper work with me and explained what I needed to complete before going to DOR to process the title process He also made sure I had my paperwork done so I could complete everything I needed to do to have the title processed this week. I am one happy car owner and I know I will take Mike up on his offer to come over anytime as I'm learning about my new Mazda and how everything works. These guys Tom, Mike, and Tim are real pros!
